Our description
San Giorgio Apartments is a brand new accommodation located in a quiet part of the increasingly popular summer resort of Nikiti. This pleasant resort, away from the crowds and noise, exudes comfort and elegance, and the spacious and bright rooms with taste and attention are modernly equipped with quality pieces of furniture.
The building is located about 350 meters away from the coast and pebble beach, and the beginning of the beautiful, sandy Nikiti city beach is about 800m away. At the same distance you can find the center of the place and the promenade which then easily reaches all the contents that this place offers. Traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, tourist and souvenir shops line up one after the other. There is a bakery and a well-equipped supermarket about 600 meters away from the property.
San Giorgio Apartments has 12 accommodation units located on the high ground floor and first floor, which can accommodate up to 3-4 people.
It offers standard studios for up to three people on the high ground floor, as well as studios on two levels that can accommodate up to four people on the first floor.
The standard studios in the kitchen room have one double bed and one single bed, while the two-level studios on the lower floor (within the kitchen) have a folding sofa bed, while the gallery, to which wooden staircase leads, has a double bed.
The kitchens of all accommodation units are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic hob with two hot plates, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathrooms have a hairdryer and a glass shower cabin. The bathroom in the studios on two levels is on the lower floor.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as a standard balcony equipped with seating area that overlooks the yard.
Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights, and cleaning is done daily.
A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed.
The fenced yard around the building has a beautifully landscaped lawn, which includes a covered area for sitting and socializing.
There is enough space for all guests' vehicles in the private parking lot.
The best way to get to the complex is to turn right from the main road into Nikiti near the cafeteria of the famous Mikel chain, and continue for another 500m down the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je vrlo dobar. Čistoća,zamena peškira,lokacija vrlo dobri. Mala zamerka je na komfor. Ipak je to smeštaj za 3 osobe,ne za 4,ali to nije pokvarilo opšti utisak.
