Arcadia Apartments is located on a hill in a quiet part of the popular resort of Nea Kalikratia, 200m from the sandy beach. It is located in a settlement that is half way from Nea Kalikratia to the famous beach of Mikoniatika. The accommodation is ideal for those who are looking for a relaxed vacation in a pleasant environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to all the facilities that Nea Kalikratia offers. The landscaped yard, peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the sea make this place the perfect choice for families and couples.

The nearest bar on the beach is about 200m away. The nearest market is Lidl, about 1 km away.

In the yard of this newly built building, there are two houses with apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Each apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedrooms, while the living rooms are equipped with a sofa for two people.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, and guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels, hair dryer, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a stove with two burners, a small oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

On the verandas or balconies, which are equipped with seating, guests can rest and enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped yard. Some apartments also have a view of the sea from a distance.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For stays of less than 10 days, cleaning of accommodation, as well as change of bed linen and towels are not provided. For stays of 10 days or longer, the accommodation is cleaned every 10 days, while the bed linen is changed every 5 days. Changing of towels is not provided for any length of stay.

One parking space is provided for the guests of this accommodation.

Tidy and clean, in a quiet area near the beach. Excellent hosts. The only caveat is that the apartment does not provide towels, which was not a problem for us. We are satisfied :)

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
