Country Villa is located in a peaceful location in Nikiti, nestled far away from the noise, and can be an ideal choice for families as well as larger groups.

The nearest sandy beach is about 700 m away, and the center of Nikiti with all amenities is nearly 2 km away. One of the larger supermarkets - Masoutis, is about 2 km away.

Within this private house, spread over two levels, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of six people, regardless of age. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the third has a single bed with a pull-out drawer bed at normal height when extended. The bathrooms feature a bathtub and a shower cabin with a curtain.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, fans, Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels and Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Guests can enjoy the veranda overlooking the yard, furnished with seating and loungers, while from the balcony, apart from the view of the yard, there is a distant sea view.

Guests can make their stay pleasant by using the barbecue facilities in the large yard with landscaped lawn and paved paths.

As for parking, there is a parking space provided within the yard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and they have a clean set of towels and linens at their disposal that they can replace as needed.

Country Villa can be a good choice for those looking for spacious accommodation where they can have their privacy, and for whom the immediate proximity to the beach is not crucial. Also, due to its excellent location, it serves as an ideal starting point for exploring both sides of the peninsula, and even the whole of Halkidiki.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
