Owner description
Country Villa is located in Nikiti, on the west coast of Sithonia, 750m from the nearest beach and almost 3km from the center of Nikiti with all amenities. Due to its excellent position, it is an ideal starting point for exploring both sides of the peninsula and even the whole of Halkidiki.
Within this private house, which is spread over two levels, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and its maximum capacity is for six people, regardless of age. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second there are two single beds, and in the third there is a single bed with a drawer for a single bed that is normal height when pulled out.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and includes a cooling unit in the living room and each bedroom, fans, Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix streaming platform, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator. with freezer, stove with large oven and four glass ceramic hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda with a view of the yard, which is equipped with seating and deckchairs, while from the balcony, in addition to the view of the yard, there is a view of the sea in the distance.
The possibility of preparing a barbecue in a large yard with a landscaped lawn and paved paths can make guests' stay pleasant.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and they have a clean set of towels and bed linen at their disposal, which they can replace themselves if necessary.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.03.2024 to 30.09.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
