- The minimum period of stay for June and September is three nights, for July and August it is five nights.
- Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a mandatory fee of 15€ per day of stay.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Montamar Olympus Villas is located in the village of Litohoro, in the Olympic region, at 200m from the beach. This modernly designed and elegantly equipped property with a private pool, offers everything you need for a luxurious stay and unforgettable moments of relaxation throughout the year. It is ideal for guests who seek a peaceful and relaxing vacation, with a magnificent sea view and top-notch comfort.
There are four accommodation units available, each with its own private pool.
Two accommodation units, structured as mezzanines, can accommodate up to seven adults. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper level, on the first floor, features a bedroom and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and a folding armchair, while the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for two.
The remaining two accommodation units, structured as mezzanines, can accommodate up to ten adults. The lower level, situated in the semi-basement, comprises two bedrooms and a toilet. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other bedroom has two connected single beds and a sofa for one. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. The upper level, located on the first and second floors, includes two bathrooms and one bedroom with a double bed, a folding armchair, and two connected single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and an air fryer.
With a panoramic view of the sea and the pool, guests can spend their time on the balcony or veranda, furnished with seating sets, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool. They can also enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units during their stay. The change of bed linen and towels is done every five days. An obligatory cleaning service after guests' departure is available at an additional cost.
Private parking is provided for guests.
Montamar Olympus Villas is located 15km from Dion, where you can visit the Archaeological Museum of Dion, 11km from Platamonas Castle, 22km from Katerini, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 115km away.
