Filia Apartments is located in Olympic Beach, Pieria region.
The accommodation consists of seven three-bed rooms and four apartments, which offer a relaxing vacation near the sea.
Three-bed studios consist of one French bed and one single bed, while apartments consist of one French bed and three single beds.
Kitchens offer a fridge and a kettle, as well as a coffee maker, while the bathroom has a shower.
Within the accommodation there is also a shared washing machine, that guests can use for free.Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every three days.
Pets are not allowed.The nearest beach is only 300m from Filia Apartments.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
