Hotel Description

Nikiti Homes is a newly built establishment located outside the town of Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 230m away from the beach and 1.4km from the central square, promenade, marina, restaurants and cafes.

There are two apartments available for rent, modernly equipped with a special emphasis on details.

The Lanna and Emma apartments are located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to seven people. They consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed for three people.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with access to all world channels, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower and toiletries.

During warm summer days, enjoying the garden view, guests can relax on the veranda equipped with seating set, sun loungers and a swing.

In the well-maintained garden, guests can prepare barbecue with family and friends after prior arrangements with the owners to avoid the risk of fire.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available and guests are responsible for changing them.

A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
