Hotel Description
Ammos Traditional Villas is a unique accommodation, designed in the several centuries old style of the traditional houses of northern Greece, located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. At only 200 m away from the beach and 600 m from the resort center, it is an ideal place for relaxation and rest filled with privacy and enjoyment in an authentic environment.
The facility consists of a total of four identical apartments; each intended for a stay of a maximum of ten adult guests and two children. It is built on a sloping ground, and each accommodation unit consists of three levels - semi-basement, first floor and second floor. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom in the semi-basement, while the living room, a kitchen, and a toilet are located on the first floor. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Such layout of the rooms ensures the highest possible level of comfort for the guests, who will have plenty of space at their disposal. Four bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while one features two single beds. The living room is equipped with two single sofas.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided at the guests’ request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and there is a total of five air conditioning devices. The apartments are equipped with a Wi-Fi internet connection, as well as a TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully suitable for preparing meals and is equipped with a stove with a large oven and four glass-ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as with a toaster, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Guests can also use a washing machine and a hair dryer.
A vacation in this accommodation will surely be remembered for the time spent in the open space, considering that the guests of each apartment have at their disposal two large balconies on the first and on the second floor, fully equipped with seating furniture. In addition to the balconies, guests can also enjoy the common, fenced, landscaped yard, providing them with a relaxing time spent outdoors.
It is possible to stay in this unit with smaller pets, whose presence must be indicated earlier during the reservation process, bearing in mind that an additional pet fee needs to be paid. Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to pay a security deposit, which the owner shall keep in case of any possible damage, though it will be refunded in full if no damage occurred.
Cleaning and changing bed linen and towel services are not provided; however, it is possible to provide these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the cleanliness and the hygiene of the apartment should be taken care of by the guests themselves.
No private parking spaces are provided for this facility, while guests can park their vehicles along the street.
As the Nikiti resort, where this accommodation is located, is an excellent starting point for exploring the many beauties of Sithonia and Halkidiki, it is important to note that this accommodation is located 7 km away from the Metamorfsi resort, 11 km from the famous Kalogria beach, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 88 km away.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
