Our description
EthNick's Apartments 1 is an accommodation located near the main road, just outside Ormos Panagias, surrounded by greenery, freshness, and tranquility. It offers a room for two people as well as two five-bed apartments. There is private parking in front of the accommodation.
The nearest beach is Latoura (500m), and the center, closest store, and bakery are about 1km away.
The accommodation units are on the ground floor. The five-bed apartment N1 (30m2) features one double bed, a sofa for two people, and one single bed. The five-bed apartment N3 (45m2) has two double beds and one single bed. The double room N5 (15m2) has one double bed narrower than the standard size, and one single bed located on the gallery above the double bed.
The apartments have a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezing compartment, two burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, and necessary utensils. The double room only has a small refrigerator with a freezing compartment. The bathrooms in the apartments have a shower tub with a curtain, while in the double room, there are only tiles.
The apartments have air conditioning, while the room does not. The accommodation units have mosquito nets and internet access.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the units, while towel and bed linen replacement is done every five days and is included in the price.
The accommodation does not have a yard but has a paved area in front, where the parking is also located.
EthNick's Apartments 1 is an ideal choice for those who do not care about the proximity of the city beach but want to visit some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

EthNick's Apartments 1 is located in the small fishing village of Ormos Panagias in Sithonia.
The first apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, and for sleeping there is also a single bed and a sofa for two people. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as two hotplates and all the necessary cutlery and plates. The bathroom consists of a shower and a bathtub with a curtain.
The second bed apartment has two french beds and one single bed, but is identically equipped as the previously mentioned apartment.
The bed room has one double bed narrower than standard and one single bed that is located above and can be reached by stairs. There is no kitchen, and the bathroom has a tiled shower.
Free private parking is available, as well as a veranda with a beautiful view of the olive grove.
The nearest beach is sandy and is only 500m from the accommodation, so this place is ideal for vacation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
