Beautiful, clean, and new; the owners are exceptional and accommodating for all your needs. I recommend choosing rooms with a sea view, as there is quite a noticeable presence of exhaust fumes from the nearby hotel or possibly a purification station.

We stayed in the villa in August of this year and we were extremely satisfied. The accommodation is exactly as described on the website: clean, tidy, and the bedding is changed every five days. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating people. For us, as a family with two children, the greatest advantage was the proximity to the beach, and it is also great that the house has its own umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. The beach is exceptionally clean and spacious, and the water is clear and calm. Both the villa and the location come highly recommended for families with small children.

The accommodation met our expectations. The proximity to the beach is its greatest advantage. The only complaint pertains to the terrace, which is too narrow (studio no. 6), and the railing is excessively low. It is difficult for two people to pass by each other, and you get the impression that you might fall over the railing. Everything else is superb.

This marks the third consecutive year we have spent our summer vacation at the Twins House apartments in Toroni. Here are a few reflections... First, I want to emphasize that everything Nikkana stated on the website as a description of these apartments is accurate and to the point. What matters most to us when vacationing is having a clean apartment, that the information provided by the agency is correct and accurate, and that the owners are genuinely good people. You get all of this at the Twins House apartments. The apartments are very clean, and every five days, you receive a change of linens and hygiene supplies, along with room cleaning. The furniture is in excellent condition. Each apartment comes with its own sunshade, and you have the right to use the sun loungers. The owners, Despina and Hristos, are very hardworking, friendly, and kind people. Every year, we notice some mini innovations, which shows that Despina and Hristos take their work seriously. Last year, for example, they upgraded the internet. This year, we noticed a new roof, and it seems that every year, both the interior and exterior facades are painted, which is truly a significant and exceptional improvement. In three years, we have always stayed in different rooms, giving us a realistic overview of the property. Ultimately, we wouldn’t return to the same place and accommodation if we weren’t satisfied and didn’t enjoy it.

The accommodation is truly excellent, located right on the beach, which is its greatest advantage. I recommend it for couples with children due to its proximity to the beach. There is a market right next to the accommodation. Additionally, you receive sunbeds and an umbrella, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

At the beginning of September, we spent 10 days at Twins House! I can only express my praise for this accommodation! The room is quite spacious and bright, with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, a large terrace overlooking the sea, air conditioning, a fan, and all windows are equipped with mosquito nets (you even receive mosquito repellent tablets just in case). Guests are provided with a covered parking area under video surveillance. Each apartment comes with sun loungers and an umbrella (which saves you around 50-60 euros for 10 days). The hostess, Despina, is very kind and attentive. The apartments are cleaned every 5 days, and they pay exceptional attention to hygiene. Essentially, the apartment has everything you need for your stay: dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and you'll find cold water waiting for you in the refrigerator, along with shower gel in the bathroom and toilet paper... The only downside is the lack of a bathtub or shower cabin in the bathroom, as you have to shower standing over the toilet. There is a market and a bakery nearby, and a tavern right next door. All in all, this accommodation comes highly recommended, and we will likely return to the same place at the same time next year :)

Regarding the accommodation, I can only express my praise. The owners are extremely kind, and the cleanliness is outstanding; it is so spotless that it deserves a perfect score. We stayed in room number 4, which is a five-person room with a view of the sea. The room is a paradise for children, as it features a wooden gallery where three kids can sleep comfortably, while three adults can rest below. Although the rooms are smaller in size, everything is in its rightful place. The terrace may be small, but the view it offers takes your breath away, especially during sunset. The beach is right in front, which is an additional advantage for families with children. Moreover, each room receives a certain number of sunbeds and one umbrella free of charge during the stay, which is also a lovely gesture from the owners of Twins House. We plan to visit Twins House again next year.

This is our second consecutive year at Twins house, and I believe that speaks volumes about our opinion :) Last year we stayed in studio br3, which was perfect for the two of us adults and our two children, then aged 6 and 2. The studio was excellent; someone mentioned it was hot on the terrace, but as far as I know, that studio gets sun until 10 a.m., after which the sun moves across the house, making the terrace quite pleasant. Those with a sea view enjoy sunlight all day from noon until evening, but from what I've talked to the neighbors (mostly our people and Macedonians), no one complained about the heat; perhaps they compensated for it with the beautiful view :) This year we were on the ground floor in a small four-person studio. It is indeed small, but given that you have a lovely terrace and a yard in the thick shade of grapevines, I see no reason to be indoors except to sleep :) I rated it a 4 just for comfort, but in this case, I find it completely irrelevant because, as I said, you only sleep there. The size of the studio doesn't bother me since it is thoroughly cleaned and everything inside is functional. This year there were mosquitoes, which is the only downside :) The reason for that is the flood that occurred, as there were none last year (I wouldn’t have mentioned it, but I saw someone commented, and it has nothing to do with the studio). We arrived around 10-11 a.m. both this year and last year because we stayed in Dojran. When we arrived, I didn't even think we would go straight into the accommodation; I figured we would spend time at the beach until 2 p.m. enjoying some food and then check-in. Despina asked us to wait 10-20 minutes as we arrived a bit early and that the studio would be ready soon. I said, "No problem..." And that’s how it was; both last year and this year, we were already inside by 11:30 a.m., unloaded our things, and headed straight for a swim. In all my travels to Greece, Montenegro, and Croatia, I’ve never encountered such hosts; they are only around when you need them. I didn’t even meet the husband; he’s like a ghost, you hardly see him, he just passes by, if he does, he says hello and continues on his way. In the yard, there’s a grill available for everyone, and no matter what chaos you leave behind, they tidy everything up afterward (of course, you make an effort to clean up, but there’s always something left, and it’s cleaned up the next day). With the accommodation, you get two sun loungers and an umbrella; I believe that if you asked for a third one, if they had it available, they would give it to you without hesitation. The beach is just across the street, so if you wake up early, you can claim a spot right by the sea, and even if you don’t, it’s not a wide beach, and in that part, the guests are mostly from Twins, so there’s room for everyone... I could say many more wonderful things, but I think this is already too much :)

We vacationed from June 23 to July 3, 2017. We chose the Twins House villa after reading numerous positive comments on the Nikana.gr website. Everything written about this place is absolutely true. Despina and Hristos are exceptional hosts, always ready to assist and support you in any situation. We stayed in studio number two, which boasts a beautiful view of the beach. The terrace is spacious and furnished with lovely seating. Afternoons on the terrace can be hot, but we easily managed by lowering the awning and turning on the air conditioning. The awnings should only be raised when the wind blows. The kitchen is excellently equipped. The towels are exceptionally clean and of high quality, along with soaps, shampoos, and conditioners... There is no need to bring anything except clothing. The umbrella we were provided for use was taken with us to other beaches outside of Toroni. God willing, we will return to the same place next year.

I was with my husband and our 14-month-old daughter. The rooms were clean and conveniently located near the beach. They were fully equipped with towels, toiletries, and shampoos. We were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and the hostess. The price is more than reasonable compared to others. We give our highest recommendations.

We spent 13 days in August at the Twins house, hosted by the wonderful landlady Despina. We were accommodated in room no. 6, which is a four-person studio equipped with everything necessary for a family of four. Landlady Despina is an exceptionally kind person who warmly welcomed us, and whenever we reached out to her, she was always ready to assist. For instance, each room comes with two loungers and one umbrella, and when we requested an additional umbrella and lounger, we received them without any hassle. The villa is located right on the beach, nestled between two restaurants and a supermarket, making everything conveniently accessible. The rooms are cleaned every 5 days, and the cleaning is very thorough. A pleasant surprise was the liquid soap, along with 4 shampoos and 4 shower gels. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a true holiday, complete with evening strolls along the beautiful promenade by the sea. In conclusion, I can only express my admiration and give my highest recommendations for this accommodation.

Studio 3, designed for four guests, faces the east, allowing you to enjoy the terrace until 9 AM with your morning coffee. After that, it becomes excessively hot, and since the hosts did not allow us to lower the awning, we avoided the terrace until sunset. Although this studio is intended for four people, the room is quite small, around 20 square meters, and the terrace, which is about 1 meter wide, is insufficient to accommodate a family of four for meals. For this reason, we often brought food into the room. The bathroom, in contrast to the room, is considerably larger and quite decent. Although little time is spent in the room during the vacation, attention should be paid to the size of the rented space, as in those 20 square meters, besides the double bed and bunk bed, there are also higher elements with a cooking stove and a wardrobe. On average, that leaves only 5 square meters per family member. Otherwise, the hostess cleaned the room every 5 days, changing the linens and towels. Mrs. Despina is very kind, even though we were not allowed to lower the awning.

The "Twins" apartment is a tidy house, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. In addition to air conditioning, there is also a fan. The TV offers a large number of channels with excellent visibility. The internet occasionally disconnects during the day, while the signal improves in the late evening hours. A spacious terrace features an awning, blinds, a mosquito net, and a complete table and chairs set. Besides the usual mops for floor cleaning and a dustpan for sweeping, each studio also has a basin. In the spacious bathroom (studio no. 3), you will find toilet paper (along with an extra roll), liquid hand soap, and for each guest, a packaged soap, shampoo, and shower gel (just like in a hotel, and the service is indeed of that quality). The kitchen is small but excellently stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery (all of which is more than sufficient), a grater, a cutting board, a mixing bowl, a pot, and a frying pan. The landlady is very understanding and, knowing you are coming from a journey, has prepared a cold bottle of water in the fridge. In addition to the mosquito net, which is also on the bathroom window, you will receive an electric device with as many as 2 refills (we didn't need any during our 11-night stay). A smaller umbrella is in the room, which you can take with you to the beach, along with two loungers that you take from the yard and return in the evening after the beach. The rooms are regularly cleaned (sweeping and trash disposal), and the bedding and towels are changed every 5 days, during which time they also replace the toilet paper. The landlady (you will see her more often) is exceptionally kind and speaks English. Truly, the apartment has no flaws; meticulous care is taken to ensure you feel comfortable. Like at home, as we would say: HOMELY. The apartment's location is excellent, with taverns playing soft music on both the right and left sides (otherwise, Toroni is a quiet little place without loud music). A hotel with a pool is on the left side, right next to the mentioned tavern, while on the right side, there is a well-stocked shop. Prices (since I found on certain forums that everything in Toroni is more expensive) for gyros, drinks in bars, donuts on the beach, ice cream... are identical to those in Sarti, Neos, and Nikiti. Perhaps some fruits and vegetables are a bit more expensive, and indeed: souvenirs and other "trinkets" are pricier. Toroni is a calm, charming place with an indescribable sunset, allowing you to be on the beach until 9 PM, watching the sunset while swimming, and perhaps spotting "flying" fish. A warm recommendation for families with children, especially little ones. Perhaps one piece of advice for families with small children: bring something to prevent slipping in the bathroom, which is a minor detail since the bathroom has a towel for drying wet feet inside, and outside there is a mat for wiping off any sand, as there is a low faucet outside. The evenings are cool, pleasant for sleeping. In the neighboring Porto Kufo, you can find fresh fish for 7-10 euros, dorada (sea bream in Greek). The landlady will explain everything (where, when to buy, how to use the grill) and is truly very pleasant and kind. A perfect and genuine vacation for the soul and body.

I can only confirm what Saško has written... For the first time, the villa, courtyard, and studio are more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Just to mention that we vacationed here with my wife and our two children, aged 6 and 2. I have never been in a cleaner studio in Greece, managed by such pleasant hosts. Mrs. Despina is incredibly accommodating; whatever you need, feel free to reach out to her, and if possible, she will resolve everything. For example, I broke an umbrella, and when we were returning from the beach, I told her it was broken and that I would buy her another one tonight. She smiled and said it was no problem, went into her apartment, and brought out another one... Should I mention that some would have immediately taken the money for the second umbrella? Out of courtesy, I still left our umbrella that we brought with us when we were leaving. Highly recommended...

I vacationed with my family, including my wife and two children, at the beginning of July 2015. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, with the beach located just across the street. Sun loungers and umbrellas are reserved for apartment guests, and there is a parking space behind the building. The hostess, Despina, is exceptionally kind, welcoming all guests with homemade honey, tomatoes, and cucumbers. She is always approachable and ready to assist. She speaks English. The Wi-Fi signal reaches even to the sea, although it depends on network congestion. Next door, there is the Blu Sea hotel with a pool that my children used whenever they wanted. No one prevents you from doing so, and there is also a shower on the beach across from the hotel. This is the perfect place for a family vacation. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended.
