Accommodation description

The Petris House boasts a magnificent sea view, located approximately 80 meters away from the shore. The center of Sarti is just a few steps away, with a large public parking area right across the street.

Petris House is situated in the middle of Sarti, between the new and old parts of town. Only a street and parking lot separate it from the sandy beach. The first market and bakery are 70m away from the house, while taverns and souvenir shops are located in the center at the same distance. The property includes a pizzeria and an ice cream parlor.

It consists of two connected buildings, one newer and the other older. The newer building houses three double and two quadruple studios, while the older building contains one triple, four quadruple, and one five-bed apartment, as well as four double and two quadruple studios, all six renovated. All accommodation units are located on the upper floor.

The double studios overlook the mountain and each is furnished with a double bed. The quadruple studios offer a sea view and overlook a neighboring terrace (see photos), equipped with two double beds.

The triple apartment features one double and one single bed in the bedroom, with a separate kitchen and a sea view. The quadruple apartments have one double and single bed in the bedroom, and an additional single bed in the kitchen, with a mountain view. The five-bed duplex apartment includes two separate bedrooms and a kitchen in between. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a double and a single bed, both with a sea view. Double studios have double beds, while quadruple studios have one double bed and a sofa bed for two children.

All accommodation units are equipped with internet, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace. The use of air conditioning is charged separately, and payment details are arranged directly with the owner upon arrival. The kitchen is standardly equipped with a stove with two burners and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the bathroom has a shower area. Only the bathrooms in renovated studios have a shower cabin. Bed linen and towels are changed midway through the stay. A hairdryer is available upon request. The washing machine can be used as needed, with the first wash being free and subsequent washes incurring additional charges. Small pets are allowed upon request with an extra fee.

There is no private parking available, but free public parking is located in front of the property.

When coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at Club Fact, then turn right on the first street and follow it to the end. The street then turns left, continue straight and turn right on the second street, after a few meters you will see the house.

If you prefer to be close to the beach and the center, then this accommodation is the perfect choice for you.

Furthermore, I would like to add that the bed linens and towels are not changed every two days! We stayed for seven days, and no one inquired about anything! They looked at us with disdain because we complained!!! A complete failure!

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
