Accommodation description

Petris House has beautiful sea view, which is 80 meters away. Center of Sarti is just few steps away, and free, large public parking is just across the street.

Petris House is somewhere in the middle of Sarti (between new and old). From the sandy beach it is separated only by street and parking. The first supermarket and bakery are 70m away from the house and the taverns and souvenir shops are in the center which is the same distance. There is a pizzeria in the house and ice cream for sale.

It consists of two connected buildings, one is newer, and the other one is older. The newer one has three double and two quadruple studios, and in the old there are one triple, four quadruple and one quintuple apartment and four double and two quadruple studios, all seven renovated. All accommodation units are upstairs.

The double studios overlook the mountain and each one is equipped with a double bed. The quadruple studios overlook the sea and the neighboring terrace (see the pictures) and have two double beds.

The triple apartment has one double and one single bed in the room and a separated kitchen. It has a sea view. The quadruple apartments have one double and one single bed in the bedroom and another single bed in the kitchen. They have a mountain view. The quintuple duplex apartment has two separate bedrooms and a kitchen in between. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one has one double and one single bed. It has a sea view. Double studios have a double bed, while quadruple ones have a double bed and a folding sofa for two children.

All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The kitchen is standardly equipped with hotplates and a small fridge with freezer compartment, while the bathrooms have an edged showering area. Only the bathroom in the renovated studios has a shower cabin. Bed linen and towels are replaced at the half of guests’ stay. The hair dryer is available for use if needed. The washing machine can be used if needed, the first use is free of charge, while the next ones are extra charged. Small pets are allowed upon request.

There is no private parking, but there is a free public parking in front of the property.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left next to the club Fact, then turn to the first street on the right and continue till the end. After the street leads left, continue that way and turn to the second street right and after a few meters, you will see the accommodation.

If you like to be near the beach and the center, then this accommodation is the right choice for you.

Furthermore, I would like to add that the bed linens and towels are not changed every two days! We stayed for seven days, and no one inquired about anything! They looked at us with disdain because we complained!!! A complete failure!

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, very close to the beach, large supermarkets, and all the happenings in Sarti. The hosts are kind and available for anything you might need. The apartment is clean, and the bedding was changed on the fourth day. The internet is decent, and the air conditioning works well.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
