Accommodation description

Anastelia Apartments is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Olympiada, on the eastern coast of Halkidiki. Surrounded by green hills and close to the crystal-clear sea, this accommodation offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in an authentic Greek atmosphere. Olympiada, known for its rich history and proximity to the ancient site of Stagira — the birthplace of the philosopher Aristotle — is ideal for guests who want to combine nature enjoyment with cultural exploration. The apartments are comfortable, functionally equipped, and situated in a location that allows easy access to local landmarks and natural attractions, such as the waterfalls in the nearby village of Varvara. Anastelia Apartments is the perfect choice for those seeking peace, quiet, and Greek hospitality, far from tourist crowds.

The apartments are on the ground floor, and the entrance is accessed via two steps. One apartment accommodates up to three adults, while two of them accommodate up to four adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The triple apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The quadruple apartments have one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom, while the living room contains a single sofa.

A baby cot is available on request, free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen for preparing light meals, equipped with a two-burner stove, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Only apartment number 1 has a washing machine.

Guests can relax on the veranda, which is furnished with a seating set, or in the small but nicely arranged courtyard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.

There is no private parking provided, but parking is usually available on the street in front of the property.

Anastelia Apartments is 15 km from Stavros and 22 km from Asprovalta. Ierissos is 33 km away, and Thessaloniki is 90 km away. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki’s Macedonia Airport, is located 109 km from the accommodation.

Amazing apartment, everything you need and more is available. Clean, spacious, huge bathroom, big living room and fully equipped kitchen, nice beds and pillows. The area is really quiet and near the good part of the beach.

The apartment is modestly equipped, but it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The little things that make life easier include an iron and a hair dryer, which we have rarely seen in apartments of this class. A plasma TV with basic channels, air conditioning in working order (almost new), but we did not need to use it. The refrigerator is also almost new, fully functional, an induction hob with two burners (we do not cook on vacation), and an electric coffee pot. The host kept urging us to change the towels; otherwise, he did not show up unless we called him.
