Lydia’s Calm House is located at the exit of the village of Palio towards Nea Iraklici and is close to the beaches. The house features three bedrooms, a yard, and balconies with a dreamy sea view. It is designed to accommodate six people.
The nearest rocky beach is about 150m away from the house, while the closest sandy beach is approximately 700m away. The beach in Nea Iraklici is 1km away.
The property is 3km from the village center, and the Lidl in Nea Iraklici is about 2km away.
The accommodation has three levels (ground floor, first, and second floor). It is intended for a maximum of six people, four adults and two or three children (the third child can only be a baby, for whom a crib is available).
The house is air-conditioned (with air conditioning in every room), has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet. The middle level features a spacious living room with a dining area, kitchen, and toilet. The living room opens onto a spacious balcony furnished with seating. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms each with a double bed, while the third bedroom has a single raised bed and a sofa for one person, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a storage room and a bathroom on the ground floor of the property.
Guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, large oven, big fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker. The ground floor bathroom has a shower cabin, while the bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done halfway through the stay for reservations longer than seven nights.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained yard, guests can enjoy barbecue preparations.
Parking is available in front of the accommodation yard and usually has plenty of space.

- Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
