Lydia’s Calm House is located at the exit from Palio towards Nea Iraklica and is close to the beach. The house has three bedrooms, a yard and balconies with a dreamlike view of the sea. It is intended for the stay of 6 people.
The nearest rocky beach is about 150m away from the house, while the nearest sandy beach is about 700m away. Nea Iraklica beach is 1km away.
The building is 3 km from the city center, and the Lidl in Nea Iraklica is about 2 km away.
Accommodation has three levels (ground floor, first and second floor). It is designed for a maximum of 6 people, four adults and two or three children (the third child can only be a baby, for whom a cot is available).
The house is air-conditioned (there is an air conditioner in every room), it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. On the middle level there is a spacious two-room room with dining room, kitchen and toilet. The living room leads to a spacious balcony equipped with seating. On the floor above there are two bedrooms each with a double bed, and in the third bedroom there is a single bed on the platform and a sofa for one person and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a storage room and a bathroom on the ground floor of the building.
Free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, large oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine are at guests’ disposal. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower cabin, while the bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub.
Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, are performed halfway through the stay, for reservations longer than seven nights.
In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue.
Parking is possible in front of the accommodation yard and there are usually enough spaces.

- Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
