Amelia Studios is located in the elevated part of old Sarti, near the main road. It can be a good choice for those who wish to stay away from the noise but still have all amenities nearby.

It is about 350 m from the beach, and a supermarket and bakery are located in its immediate vicinity.

The accommodation offers one double room, one triple studio, three quadruple studios, and one quadruple apartment. The building is constructed on multiple levels. The double room is on the second floor, has a double bed, and is intended for two adults. The triple studio is on the first floor and includes one double bed and one single bed. Two of the quadruple studios are on the ground floor, each featuring one double bed, one single bed, and one armchair that can be converted into a bed, while the third quadruple studio is on the second floor and has two double beds. The quadruple apartment is on the second floor and has two double beds – one in the bedroom and the other in the room with the kitchen. Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, TV, and a hairdryer. Each has a standard-size refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, while the studios and apartments also have a two-burner stovetop.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests are responsible for cleaning their own accommodation units.

The spacious courtyard offers private parking with a gate, and each unit is guaranteed one parking space.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The owner is very pleasant and friendly. The accommodation is recommended for those seeking peace and quiet, yet who wish to have all amenities close by.

The accommodation is clean, features ample parking, and is conveniently located near the beach and all other amenities. The owners are friendly. I highly recommend it!

I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything is as described. Excellent location and a friendly host. The bed linens and towels were changed every fifth day. I highly recommend it.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
