The accommodation is a good choice for all those looking for a peaceful vacation on a great location.
Accommodation is located 30m from the sea, in a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard near restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Toroni.
Chrissi Ammoudia Studios & Apartments has a total of 30 accommodation units in two buildings, located on the ground floor, the first and the second floor. Eight triple studios (can also be rented at the price of double), 12 quadruple apartments and 10 quadruple studios. Triple studio (23m2) has a double bed narrower than standard and a single bed in the same room as the kitchen. The quadruple apartment (30m2) has a double bed narrower than the standard in the bedroom, and a bunk bed in the room with the kitchen. In a quadruple studio (25m2) there are two double beds narrower than the standard in the same room with the kitchen.
Most accommodation units have garden view, except two that overlook the sea. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two burners and a fridge with a freezer compartment, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV and WiFi internet. All bathrooms have an edged shower area, some have a curtain, some don't. If necessary, the owner can provide a baby cot. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as the cleaning, is done every third day.
In the courtyard, there's a small playground for children, barbecue and a small summer kitchen, and there is a café where you can also order pancakes, sandwiches, waffles, etc. Guests can use the covered private parking, as well as the beach bar with parasols and sunbeds with extra charge.
In order to reach the accommodation, when you enter Toroni on the first turn left from the direction of Porto Koufo, drive on the main road next to the beach. When you pass accommodations Castro and Castro De Lux, after 200m you will see the accommodation on the right.
Chrissi Ammoudia Studios & Apartments is a great choice for those who'd want to stay close to the beach and close to all the facilities. We would also recommend it to families with small children because of the big and arranged yard, where you can safely let the children play.

Welcome to Chrissi Ammoudia Studios & Apartments. The area of Toroni is located in Sithonia, the middle and most beautiful peninsula of Halkidiki, 18km after Neos Marmaras. There, at just 10m from the sea, you'll find our hotel unit Chrissi Ammoudia (Golden Sand in English).
Chrissi Ammoudia consists of:

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj izgleda mnogo bolje nego na slikama.Zene ciste svaki dan i menjaju posteljinu.Dvoriste je prostrano i ima prirodnog hlada, odlicno je kako za decu tako i za odrasle.Jedini problem kod Grka je generalno mali rešo koji negde radi negde ne pa se malo duze kuva.Internet je radio ali kada su dosli ostali gosti kada se kapacitet popunio oslabio je malo.Sve u svemu jako smo zadovoljni.Prelepi detalji po dvoristu su nas odusevili.Decu smp pustili skoro da ih nismo u toku dana vidjali setali su od plaze do dvorista.

Postovana Potreban mi je apartman ali sa dve spavace sobe i kuhinjica da ima za 4 osobe Dakle sta predlazete? U pitanju su dva bracna para ( roditelji moji i suprugovi)a jako im se svidja i ovaj smestaj Realno moze i nesto drugo po vasem misljenju samo da je plaza blizu . Pocetak avgusta 8 noci i budzet 1500e Hvala Sanja
