If you are looking for accommodation with excellent location and spacious courtyard in which one you can let your kids run around freely, Chrissi Amoudia is the right choice. The accommodation is a good choice for all those looking for a peaceful vacation on a great location.

Accommodation is located 30m from the sea, in a spacious and beautifully landscaped yard near restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Toroni.

Chrissi Ammoudia Studios & Apartments has a total of 30 accommodation units in two buildings, located on the ground floor, the first and the second floor. Eight triple studios (can also be rented at the price of double), 12 quadruple apartments and 10 quadruple studios. Triple studio (23m2) has a double bed narrower than standard and a single bed in the same room as the kitchen. The quadruple apartment (30m2) has a double bed narrower than the standard in the bedroom, and a bunk bed in the room with the kitchen. In a quadruple studio (25m2) there are two double beds narrower than the standard in the same room with the kitchen.

Most accommodation units have garden view, except two that overlook the sea. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two burners and a fridge with a freezer compartment, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV and WiFi internet. All bathrooms have an edged shower area, some have a curtain, some don’t. If necessary, the owner can provide a baby cot. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as the cleaning, is done every third day.

In the courtyard, there’s a small playground for children, barbecue and a small summer kitchen, and there is a café where you can also order pancakes, sandwiches, waffles, etc. Guests can use the covered private parking, as well as the beach bar with parasols and sunbeds with extra charge.

In order to reach the accommodation, when you enter Toroni on the first turn left from the direction of Porto Koufo, drive on the main road next to the beach. When you pass accommodations Castro and Castro De Lux, after 200m you will see the accommodation on the right.

Chrissi Ammoudia Studios & Apartments is a great choice for those who’d want to stay close to the beach and close to all the facilities. We would also recommend it to families with small children because of the big and arranged yard, where you can safely let the children play.

The accommodation is excellent, featuring a spacious yard and ample parking, which is a significant advantage. A major plus is the bar and the sun loungers on the beach; everything was exceptional.

An excellent location, the beach and sunbeds are very tidy and clean, perfect for children, and the accommodation is cleaned daily.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
