I am currently staying in this apartment. The apartment is outstanding, the yard is beautifully landscaped, child-friendly, with swings, seesaws, and a slide. It is very tidy and clean. The owners are exceptionally kind and unobtrusive people. The beach with natural shade and two taverns is just half a minute's walk away. The apartment has been renovated, and the furniture is comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation, as well as the wonderful owners.

We spent a wonderful week at this accommodation. It is located in the second row from a beautiful beach, surrounded by natural shade, with a spacious and well-maintained yard that offers facilities for children, such as swings and seesaws. The studios are spacious and decently furnished, with dining chairs on a small terrace in front, always in the shade. There is also an outdoor shower, and each studio has its own line for drying laundry. The hosts are wonderful people, kind and always available to assist, although communication is challenging as they only speak Greek.

The overall impression is excellent; this is a wonderful accommodation for families with small children seeking a true escape from the daily noise and hustle.

This was our first time vacationing through Nikana, and we were absolutely delighted. On a spacious plot filled with olive trees and flowers, there is one separate apartment and three studios resembling row houses. The middle studio accommodates three guests, while the two end studios can host four. You have your own parking space in the shade of the olive trees. The three-bed studio features an entrance hall, with the kitchen on the left equipped with a new refrigerator with a freezer, a new stove with two ceramic hotplates, a coffee maker, and ample kitchen utensils. To the right is a small but lovely and functional bathroom, always supplied with hot water. Straight ahead is a large room with two comfortable beds (a double and a single) and a wardrobe with sufficient space. From the room, you step out onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the olive trees. Peace, tranquility, friendly hosts, and a wonderful beach just nearby. No one can enter the property without the hosts noticing, so we did not lock the studio; we kept the door open at night, and they have mosquito nets. The air conditioning works quietly; in a word, it was perfect.

All compliments for the accommodation. If you seek tranquility by the Sotirai beach, this is the perfect choice. The yard is spacious, the accommodation is roomy, the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and an excellent market is a mere 5-minute drive... I have no complaints.

Sotiria studio is, for me, the most beautiful accommodation I have ever experienced, and I have been vacationing in Greece since the 1990s. :) The garden is truly a piece of paradise, and the beach closest to the accommodation boasts the finest sand, with shallow areas perfect for children to splash around and a thick shade provided by the pines. The accommodation itself is not luxurious in any way, but it is more than satisfactory. There is significantly more kitchenware and equipment than the Greek average (two hairdryers, a kettle, and a pancake maker, just to name a few). The owners are kind and unobtrusive.

The hosts are exceptionally kind, the place is incredibly clean and tidy, with a spacious and beautiful yard, and a good beach just a few steps away, all without the hustle and bustle of August. Aside from the weaker internet connection, I have no complaints; I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation is situated in the second row of houses from a beautiful sandy beach, which offers natural shade until 3 PM and enough tranquility for relaxation. Even on the well-maintained beach next to the accommodation, near Hara beach hotel, there is no crowd. The hosts are exceptionally hardworking and friendly, and the courtyard is divinely arranged. As someone wrote, it is more beautiful than in the pictures. Each apartment/studio has its own outdoor shower and a space for hanging towels. The studio is equipped down to the smallest details and is very peaceful. For nature lovers, the sounds of nature, the scents of various flowers surrounding you, the well-kept courtyard, and the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets provide inspiration for long walks along the coast or enjoyment on the terrace. The accommodation deserves all praise. The location is even better as you are not in the front row, avoiding the gaze of passersby, while the sea can be seen from our studio. The hosts are always there for your safety, so we didn't even lock the accommodation; the children freely walked from the beach to it. We completely relaxed. We visited everything, and in the end, the most delightful moments were spent on the beach in front of the accommodation, precisely because no one is crowding you like on some more popular beaches. We are extremely satisfied.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had an excellent location. The students were very pleasant and kind. The only drawback is that they do not speak any language other than Greek. Nevertheless, I would connect again with the services provided.

We spent a family vacation in July 2014 in a double apartment. The accommodation is located at the very edge of the village, relatively close to the campsite (where there is a quite decent shop on the beach). I made the reservation directly back in December of the previous year, and the price remains the same as on this website. The yard is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained. It contains some furniture for children, two grills, and one large gazebo next to the larger grill. The smaller gazebo is not in use, and the smaller grill is separate. Not far from the beach, which has a considerable shallow area (two sandbars along its length, making a total of three shallow areas of at least 150m), fine sand, and somewhat denser coarse grass in the first shallow area, with sparser grass in the rest. The beach along the village is partially arranged, while for the most part it is overgrown with grass. As for the accommodation itself, it contains three studios and one apartment. The apartment is reasonably furnished, and the kitchen has somewhat more equipment than is standard for Greece. A combined refrigerator, more plates than the minimum required for the number of people, as well as various cutlery, even one cloth, a kettle... The only downside is that there is only one large pot. Our bedding was changed every four days (not every three, although that was promised, but we did not make a fuss about it). Both wardrobes contained blankets, extra pillows, thinner covers... There was a minor issue with the water pressure. The water pressure was occasionally very low, which is inconvenient when returning from the beach. The apartment has its own boiler. All windows and doors have mosquito nets. The owner is very kind but speaks no language other than Greek. The internet signal is available only outside, but it is very weak. All wardrobes, especially the kitchen drawers, smelled of dampness, so we kept our things in bags, which was the most bothersome for us. The wardrobes do not smell at first because they have air fresheners in them, but after a few days when the clothes absorbed the scent, we had to take them out and wash literally every piece upon returning home. We did our shopping at the supermarket in the village and in Prinos, which is very close. I recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to spend a relaxed family vacation in peace and quiet, close to the beach.
