Sotiria Studios are located in a small place, Skala Rachoni, only few steps from the sandy beach. This is a decent and modest accommodation with a fantastic yard, situated on a large property, full of olives and greenery, surrounded by peace and quiet.

From the center of the place and all the amenities it is 500m away and from the capital city of Limenas 8km. Distance from the beach is about 50 meters.

In this true family paradise for relaxation and enjoying there are three studios and one apartment. One studio is triple and it is equipped with a double and a single bed. Two studios are quadruple. Both have a double bed and bunk beds. Apartment has two bedrooms and it is in the separate house. One bedroom has a double bed and the other one two merged single beds. AC is situated in the hall. Kitchen has big fridge. Terrace is spacious, with two big tables and chairs.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, kitchen, TV, balcony, signal for wireless internet, bathroom, mosquito nets and hair dryer.

Cleaning and change of linen and towels is done every three days.

The garden is really big, with a lot of space and grassy area with toys for children, three built in barbecues, a summer kitchen for preparing meals, furniture for sitting, enjoying in the shade and private parking.

You can reach the accommodation if you turn right after the large supermarket, on the right side in Skala Rachoni, then turn near the fourth separation after this market and drive towards the sea. You’ll see it after 200m from the separation of the main road, on the right side of the street.

If you want a perfect and isolated place for a vacation, close to sandy beaches with shallow waters, lots of greenery, shade, space for children to play and enjoy with friends, Sotiria Studios can be an excellent choice.

Everything was wonderful, except the landlady who constantly admonished us over trivial matters. That was our only annoyance.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
