Onar Sarti Luxury Living Apartments are situated in the new part of Sarti, merely 50 meters from the exquisite sandy beach. Nestled in a tranquil area, approximately a ten-minute stroll from the town center, this accommodation is an excellent choice for both couples and families with children, thanks to the abundant amenities Sarti offers, while simultaneously providing serenity for guests who prefer a retreat away from the urban bustle. Elegantly and tastefully furnished, with a touch of luxury and meticulously selected interiors, this establishment exudes an air of sophistication and comfort.

The property offers a total of four studios: two double studios, one triple studio, and one quadruple studio.

The double studios are furnished with a French bed, ideal for couples. One studio, boasting a sea view, is located on the ground floor, while the other, with a mountain view, is situated on the first floor. The double studio overlooking the sea is distinguished by a bathroom separated from the rest of the room by a transparent glass wall.

The triple studio, located on the ground floor, offers a sea view. It is equipped with one French bed and a single sofa bed, accommodating up to three guests, with a maximum of three adults.

The quadruple studio, offering a sea view, is designed as a two-level maisonette with a capacity of up to four persons, max four adults. The lower level, on the first floor, features a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the upper level, equivalent to the second floor, where the French bed and an additional bathroom are located. The toilet is enclosed behind a separate door, while the shower, shielded by a transparent glass partition, is integrated within the sleeping area.

Upon request and at no extra charge, a baby cot is available, which is particularly convenient for families with young children, ensuring a carefree stay.

All accommodations are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, while guests enjoy complimentary WiFi, television, a hairdryer, and a secure safe. The quadruple studio features an additional air conditioning unit.

The kitchens in all units are uniformly equipped and intended solely for preparing light meals. They include two glass-ceramic hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Bathrooms in all studios feature tiled showers with glass partitions.

Depending on the floor level, studios may have a veranda on the ground floor or a balcony on the upper floors. The quadruple studio boasts an additional balcony. Each terrace is furnished with seating arrangements, offering an idyllic spot for morning coffee, shared meals, or relaxation after a day at the beach. Guests can revel in the stunning views of the sea or the mountains, complemented by a fenced garden with a well-maintained lawn.

Pets are not permitted.

The owners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during the stay. Studio cleaning, along with linen and towel changes, is conducted after every three nights.

Parking spaces are provided for guests, greatly facilitating those arriving with private vehicles.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
