Alkinoos Apartment by Anita Holiday Homes, accommodation that represents the perfect combination of modern style and comfort, is located in the capital city of the island of Corfu, 800m from the city center and 2km from Mon Repos beach.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate four people. It consists of a living room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom.

All rooms within the apartment are air-conditioned, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove and large oven, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower tray without a tub with a glass partition.

The balcony overlooking the street is furnished with a seating set.

Pets are not allowed. Nearby the apartment, on the street, a free parking spot can be found.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and receive a fresh set of bed linen and towels twice a week, which they change themselves.

We are satisfied with the accommodation. The overall rating is 4.5. The drawback is the lack of parking and its distance from the center.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

During the period from April 1st to October 31st, it is mandatory for guests to pay a tax of 8€ per day of stay upon arrival at the accommodation, while during the period from October 1st to March 31st, the tax amount is 2€ per day of stay.
