Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

A multi-storey house located in Sarti, in one of the most popular resorts on the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki. It is 500m away from the town center and 130m from the long sandy beach with turquoise sea. In the same house, in the basement, there is a private physiotherapy office that also offers various types of massages during the summer. The owners of the house and the office are the same.
Not far from Sarti is the village of Sikia, where you can buy excellent local Greek products from local producers, such as goat cheese, chestnut honey, propolis, or sea-rich mortar, which is a favorite ingredient in salads in this part of Greece, in the eastern part of Sithonia.
This accommodation offers a total of eight different units of accommodation capacity and floor levels.
Two double studios in the basement (2 Bed Studio, Semi-based), with an area of 20m2 for two people, one triple studio in the basement (3 Bed Studio, Semi-based) with an area of 20m2 which can accommodate up to three people, maximum of 2 adults, and five quadruple apartments on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Suite) with an area of 35m2 which can accommodate a maximum of four adults.
The double studios have a kitchen and bathroom. They are equipped with a double bed each.
The triple studio has a kitchen and bathroom. It has one double bed and a sofa for one child up to the age of 13. The quadruple apartments have a kitchen with a living room, bathroom, and a separate bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, while in the kitchen area, there is a sofa for two people or two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation with mosquito nets, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, and a hairdryer. All units have the same equipped kitchen, so guests have at their disposal a ceramic hob with two burners, a kettle, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment or a large fridge with a freezer, and only one apartment has four burners, a large oven, and a dishwasher. All units have the same equipped bathroom with a built-in shower, except for one apartment that has a shower cabin.
All basement units (five steps below the ground floor level), meaning studios, have a large veranda in front of the studio with direct access to the street and a street view, while units on the first or second floor, meaning apartments, have a standard balcony covered with a canopy with a partial sea view, except for one apartment on the floor that has a mountain view.
During their stay in the accommodation, guests can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on the balcony or veranda, all equipped with seating sets.
Upon request and within the price, small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available after 5 days of stay.

There is no parking space provided for the guests of the accommodation, but in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street, there is always free parking space available.
The popular beach with natural shade, Portokali Beach, is located at a distance of 7.6km, Kalamici Beach at a distance of 15.5km, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 131km away.

Poštovani, Interesuje me smestaj Elsea za dve osobe u periodu od 16. do 25. avgusta, 9 nocenja i 10 dana, sopstvenim prevozom. Da li apartman poseduje sopstveno kupatilo, kuhinju, klima uredjaj, tv i terasu, kao i da li u blizini ima marketa i restorana? Takodje me interesuje koja je udaljenost od mora i kako funkcionise placanje apartmana, da li se mora uplatiti preko broja telefona ili moze pri dolasku?
