A multi-storey house located in Sarti, in one of the most popular resorts in the eastern part of Sithonia. It is 500m away from the town center and 130m away from a long sandy beach with turquoise sea. In the same house, in the basement, there is a private physiotherapy clinic that also offers various types of massages during the summer. An excellent choice for those who wish to visit another place, as it is located not far from Sykia, at a distance of 11km.
This accommodation offers a total of eight different units of various floors and capacities.
Two double studios in the basement (2 Bed Studio, Semi-based), with an area of 20m2 for two people, one triple studio in the basement (3 Bed Studio, Semi-based) with an area of 20m2 which can accommodate up to three people, with a maximum of 2 adults, and five quadruple apartments on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Suite) with an area of 35m2 which can accommodate a maximum of four adults.
The double studios have a kitchen and a bathroom. They are equipped with a double bed each. The triple studio has a kitchen and a bathroom. It has one double bed and a sofa for one child up to the age of 13. The quadruple apartments have a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and a separate bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while in the kitchen area, there is a sofa for two people or two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation with mosquito nets, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, and a hairdryer. All units have the same equipped kitchen, so guests have at their disposal a glass ceramic hob with two burners, a kettle, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, or a large refrigerator with a freezer, and only one apartment has four burners, a large oven, and a dishwasher. All units have the same equipped bathroom with a built-in shower cabin, except for one apartment which has a shower cubicle.
All units in the basement (five steps below the ground floor level), that is, the studios, have a large veranda in front of the studio with a direct exit to the street and a view of the street, while the units on the first or second floor, that is, the apartments, have a standard balcony covered with an awning and a partial view of the sea, except for one apartment on the floor which has a mountain view. During their stay in the accommodation, guests can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the balcony or veranda, all equipped with a seating set.
Upon request and within the price, small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available after 5 days of stay.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street, there is always free parking available.
The popular beach with natural shade, Portokali Beach, is located 7.6km away, Kalamici Beach is 15.5km away, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 131km away.
