Accommodation description

If you want to escape from a noisy city full of resorts, Assa Inn accommodation is the right choice for you. It is located not so far from the Pyrgadikia village, this accommodation provides a true feeling of isolation. The accommodation is clean and well maintained, and the pool and balconies with a view of the sea will complete the whole experience.

Assa Inn was built in 1985 and last time renovated in 2013. It is 50m from the rocky beach. We would note that the accommodation leads downhill, so the accessibility by car is so good. The first market is located in the village of Pyrgadikia (2,5km), as well as taverns and coffee shops. Since you can have breakfast and dinner in the accommodation, there is no need to go often to the village.

The accommodation offers six accommodation units. Two two-bed studios with a double bed, one three-bed studio with a double bed and a single bed, one three-bed apartment with one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the kitchen and two four-bed apartments with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room where is the kitchen. Double and three-bed studios are located on the ground floor, while three-bed and four-bed apartments are located on the first floor. All accommodation units have a sea view.

All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, WiFi, hairdryer, equipped kitchen with fridge and two burners, balcony with sea view with table and chairs as well as wire to dry your clothes. Bathrooms are with enclosed built shower space or bath tube (not cabin), without curtains.

Private parking is provided for all guests. The accommodation has a swimming pool and a bar with sunbeds for enjoyment, as well as an outdoor shower. For kids there is a playground, and for adults barbecue with table and chairs to hang out with friends.

Cleaning and replacing towels is done daily, while bedding will be changed every third day.

Accommodation Assa Inn is a good choice for those who travel with their own car and who want to visit the surrounding beaches, as well as for those who want a peaceful holiday away from the noisy resorts.

An excellent accommodation with a swimming pool, secluded from noise and crowds, nestled among olive trees. A stunning view. The hostess is very kind. The breakfast is superb and varied, served by the pool. Highly recommended!

An excellent experience; we did not regret our choice. A clean, comfortable accommodation that has everything necessary. We stayed in the largest apartment for four people, which can also accommodate five. Two bedrooms, excellent mattresses, two air conditioners, two terraces, mosquito nets everywhere, a separate kitchen area (large refrigerator with freezer) and a bathroom. The view from the terrace is stunning, overlooking the sea and the horizon. A cleaning lady came in daily to tidy up and take out the trash, and in nine days she changed the bedding three times. Breakfast is a buffet style by the pool with a view of the sea (eggs in various styles, pies, pizzas, ham, sausages, sweet-salty options, creams, jams, pudding, fruit, breads, coffee, juice, milk, water, vegetables, cheeses, olives, cereals...). The pool is excellent with seawater, always clean due to its circulation. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and friendly, running a family business. They always share information about local events, so we attended a Sardina party in Pirgadikija and a Suvlaki fiesta in a nearby village in the hills. They also have their own extra virgin olive oil and honey available for purchase if desired. Below the pool, there is a rocky shore that is accessible for swimming, diving, and fishing... perfect for those who enjoy these activities, especially when your car won't start and you can't drive to a beach. There are serious umbrellas, sun loungers, and a couple of showers by the pool. You can always order drinks, coffee, or meals at reasonable prices. Above the accommodation, there is parking visible from another terrace, and in the afternoon, the vehicles are in the shade. Anyone familiar with this area knows that there are many beautiful beaches nearby, and renting a boat to explore the islands of Amuljani or Diaporos is one of the best options. The owners of Assa Inn also have their own restaurant in Pirgadikija, which we visited a few times, and everything was great (Aftoni tavern in the center). All in all, an excellent location, cleanliness, pleasant atmosphere, breakfast – worth it.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
