Feel like home at Fenia's House! Our goal is to offer you an enjoyable and relaxing experience of vacation. Fenia's
house has 2 separate apartments which are located in the traditional village of Sykia and at a distance of 3km from
Sykia's wonderful beaches. Nearby you can find supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, taverns, playground.Accommodation
They are 60m2 each and can accommodate up to four adults or two adults and four children since they have one double bed and two large sofa beds each.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
