Poseidon Residence is located on the beach in Kinira. The villa is right by the sea so if you want to enjoy the view and luxury, this villa is a great choice. It offers five fantastic maisonettes, which are well equipped and provide maximum comfort.
The villa is about 70 meters below the highway in Kinira and is located on the beach.
It is a complex containing a total of 5 maisonettes, which are placed in front of the sea. The maisonettes are named after Poseidon sirens, so they offer AMPHITRITE, THALIA, DIONE, KLYMENE, and PANOPIA.
The maisonettes are identical. The sizes are 80m2. All have a living room with a kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs there is a bathroom, while on the ground floor there is only a toilet and a sink. The bedrooms have one double bed and on the ground floor there is a sofa bed for two children. The maisonettes can accommodate a total of six people, four adults and two children.
They are equipped with very modern and luxurious furniture. The kitchen has a large fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker. All maisonettes in the living room have a modern fireplace.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Each has two terraces with outdoor seating and direct sea views.
Towels and bed linen are changed for half of the stay if the stay is longer than 7 nights. The guests clean themselves but the professional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost of 15e, per day.
The villa has private parking and a barbecue available to guests.
The beach in front of the villa is gravelly on the coast, and there are sand and stones in the water.
If you want quality, modern and luxurious beach accommodation in an area that is known for its tranquility, conifer forests and greenery, Poseidon Residence is a great choice. If you have close friends or relatives with whom you want to spend your vacation, maisonettes provide comfort and excellent conditions for leisure.
Getting to Kinira is best from Limenas via the Skala Potamia.
Kinira is a great choice because it is very close to the most popular and famous beaches on the island. Golden Beach is about ten kilometers away, while Paradise Beach is only a mile and a half away.

The beach-front villas sit along the magnificent coastline of Kinira, Island Thassos, facing East which promises you an unobstructed and breath-taking sunrise every morning. The beach is just a few steps away, making Poseidon Residence an ideal place to live next to the sea. The location is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. This assures you a feeling of euphoric solitude while still having convenient access to the ring road of Thassos.
Poseidon Residence is a brand new small and fine Residential Complex consisting of 5 luxury beach villas. They are named after Poseidon`s mermaids, the Neraides: AMPHITRITE, DIONE, KLYMENE, PANOPIA and THALIA. The space in and around the building conveys a great feeling of positive energy which is expressed in the design and will uplift your spirits. You might take something special home which you will treasure. The living area is functionally designed over 2 levels. An open plan design on the ground floor comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with the dining area and the sitting space furnished in solid wood. There is an open fire-place for cozy hours during the cooler season. A small bathroom with storage space completes the ground floor level. The spacious terrace leads to the private garden and to the beach. The bedroom to the East opens to a spacious balcony with a magnificent view over the Kinira Bay; to the West you enjoy a marvelous mountain view. A wide vertical opening on the graded, non-horizontal roof is filled with colored glass-tiles shining hues into the spacious bathroom and onto the marble staircase with the heavenly light of the rising sun in all the rainbow colors. Balustrades with classical shaped columns complete the Mediterranean facade which is magnificently illuminated during the night.

Kinira is about 20 minutes drive on an excellent road from Thassos town. It is away from all of the hustle and bustle of the daily life, but, in addition to its exquisite location, this beach resort, with its two spotless white pebble, twin beaches nestled into the densely wooded, steep mountain sides, offers a range of taverns, hotels with pools, supermarket, a regular bus service, and excellent access to the marble beaches around the south of the island.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija odlična! Za one koji traže mir i usredsređenost na svoju porodicu. Još ako imate malu decu biće vam zgodno da spustite igračke i stvari na plažu i da ne morate uopste da ih pomerate sve vreme letovanja! Ukoliko vas mrzi da idete po plažama Smestaj je korektan i svaki mezonet ima terasu koja gleda na more Ima mnogo komaraca i muva, ali to se vrlo lako resava, samo treba da se naoružate sa onim tabletama protiv komaraca za unutra, a napolju spirale obavezno i sprejevi za decu protiv ujeda. Gazde su cepidlake i spremne da uđu u raspravu ako nešto nije po njihovim pravilima kako su oni odredili 😂 u smislu da ne trošite puno vode jer oni zaboga to puno plaćaju i da ne trošite struju i klimu 😂😂😂 i nerviralo me to sto smatraju da imaju pravo da se penju na terasu i parkiraju na vaše mesto čim vi negde odete, misleći da ste otišli na ceo dan. Sa parkingom je problem, bez obzira sto piše da nije; ta površina koja je predviđena za parking nije od smestaja i vrlo lako može da se desi da vam neko stane na mesto jer je došao na plažu. Ali plaža je vrlo mala i intimna i retko ko uopste sa strane i dolazi , pa se to retko i dešava, sto je dobro. Na spratu su spavace sobe sa bračnim ležajevima komforno je. Doduše gazde ne daju pare u ulaganje pa je jedan krevet bio u prilično raspadnutom stanju 😂 ako vam nešto treba za veću nabavku idete do susednog mesta Scala Potamia, a za manje nabavkice i osnovne stvari tu je prodavnica donjonjemački možete doći i peške preko plaze stepenicama…Blizu je i Limenas glavni grad i najveći na ostrvu…sve u svemu divna lokacija za one koji vole da im je plaža tu i da se ne pomeraju , one koji vole pre doručka i čim otvore oci da se bućnu u vodu i otplivaju na miru. Gužve nema. Pesak je na jednom delu plaze tako da i deca obožavaju da se igraju, a i plićak je dužim delom i idealno za malu decu. Sve u svemu blizu glavnog grada, uvučeno, intimno, lepo, imate i privatnost i komociju, al samo kad bi bile druge gazde jer toliko usiljenih i veslačkih kezova nisam videla odavno.
