Sias Cozy House is located in Sykia, a small village on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula, offering all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation and within 500m from the beach.

This ground-floor house, structured as an apartment, can accommodate a maximum of six adults and one child. It includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom features a double bed, while the living room is equipped with a sofa for two adults and an additional sofa suitable for a child.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with the cooling unit situated in the living room, guests have access to complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-hotplates glass ceramic stove, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Sias Cozy House operates throughout the year, and heating services are not charged additionally during the non-summer seasons.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
