- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 8€ per night.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Blue Wave House is located in a quiet part of Ouranoupolis, slightly removed from the crowds, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday. It is a modernly furnished apartment, contemporary and functionally equipped, offering a high level of comfort. The accommodation is suitable both for families and for larger groups who wish to stay together. The beach in Ouranoupolis is mainly pebbly, with exceptionally clear water and an intense blue color, and the property is situated approximately 250 meters away. Ouranoupolis is a small town located on the western coast of Mount Athos, known as the main departure point for boat cruises around the Holy Mountain, as well as for excursions to the Drenia islands. Nearby is Tripiti, from where the ferry departs to the famous island of Ammouliani, renowned for its beautiful beaches with turquoise, crystal-clear waters, long shallow areas, and fine sand, making it an ideal destination for families with young children.
The two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for accommodation of up to seven adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes one sofa bed for two people and one sofa bed for one person.
A baby cot is available on request, free of charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
Guests can relax on one of the two balconies, both furnished with outdoor seating. One balcony is accessible from the living room, while the other can be accessed from both bedrooms. A private barbecue is also available upon request.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owner. Guests staying with pets are required to pay a security deposit, which is refundable upon check-out, provided the accommodation is returned in the same condition as received.
Guests check into a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay; towel and linen changes are not provided during the stay but are carried out at the end of the stay. A cleaning service is available at an additional charge.
A guaranteed parking space is not provided; however, it is usually possible to find parking on the street in front of the accommodation.
Blue Wave House is located 9 km from Nea Roda and 15 km from Ierissos. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki Makedonia Airport, is approximately 116 km away.
