Evi’s studios is located just 3km from fantastic Kathisma beach and 4km of Agios Nikitas. Offers comfortable, clean studios that can accommodate up to 3 persons. Amazing sea view is one of the benefits of this accommodation. Guests can use private parking and internet.

The capital of the island, Lefkas, is about 16km away. The nearest bakery and shop are at a distance of about 4km.

Evi’s Studios has three studios (40m2) in separate living units, with one double and a sofa bed.

The studios are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker, TV, bathroom with hairdryer, mosquito nets and a veranda overlooking the sea.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day, while hygiene in the studios is maintained by guests.

Private parking and wireless internet are at guests’ disposal.*

Pass Agios Nikitas and continue the route to Exanthi. Drive about 4km while on the right-hand side you come across Evi’s Studios.

Evi’s Studios is an ideal choice for families and couples who want excellent accommodation in a quiet environment. The only lack of a villa is a slightly larger distance from the beach, but it compensates it with the fantastic position and the sea view. The building was built in 2012.

*Since there is no telephone in the area, the speed and the flow of the internet are very limited.

An excellent host, Evi offers a very beautiful and clean accommodation in the western part of the island, perfect for exploring the most stunning beaches on the island.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
