Amelie House is situated in the peaceful village of Sikia, located on the Sithonia peninsula, just a few meters from the main street where you can find shops, bakeries, pharmacies, taverns, bars, and everything you may need. The Sikia beach is over 4km away, and by car, you can explore the other beautiful beaches in this part of the peninsula.
In this apartment, located on the high ground floor and designed to accommodate up to six people, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen that includes two sofas for two people.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen with a large fridge with freezer and a stove with a large oven and four hotplates.
Guests can spend their time on the balcony furnished with a seating set.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are available to guests upon request and at no additional cost.
Private parking is not available, but free parking spot can be found in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
