The accommodation exceeded all our expectations in every regard. Starting from the friendly and accommodating hosts, the location of the property, to the cleanliness... Towels and bed linens are changed every two to three days, and the cleaner maintains the rooms daily... The beach is well-kept, predominantly sandy, with a narrow strip of pebbles at the entrance. The sea is crystal clear, and the natural shade provides the perfect spot for relaxation and an escape from civilization.

For those who do not prioritize tourist attractions, this accommodation is perfect.

For the first time, we vacationed in a place where the accommodation is right on the beach. However, it is surrounded by lush greenery, natural shade, and is free from crowds. Sun loungers are complimentary and there is always enough for everyone. The parking is shaded. We thought we would explore other beaches, but after visiting a few, we kept returning to our paradise. Accustomed to evening strolls and sitting in a café, we believed that would be our biggest concern. Yet, after two evenings of enjoying the tranquility and the sounds of the waves, we found that we did not miss it at all. This is the perfect place for a restful getaway.

Kinira serves as an excellent base for exploring the islands. Every day we visited a different beach, and in the evening, our "own" beach awaited us for the final swim of the day. We spent our vacation at the end of August. We can recommend the accommodation to families with or without children who seek peace and quiet, close to the sea. The beach was beautiful, with a pebbly end on one side and a sandy end on the other, warm and clean water, devoid of crowds, with sunbeds always available. Nearby is one of the most beautiful beaches of Thassos, Paradise Beach, known for its large waves. We explored the entire island several times, and in the evenings, we went to Limenas or Potos for a stroll. We dined in several restaurants on the island, but the best one was next to our accommodation. The hosts were friendly and always available, selling honey and exquisite homemade olive oil. The apartment was clean, with daily cleaning, and the linens were changed twice during our 10-day stay. The apartment was equipped with basic necessities, the kitchen was quite small, the bathroom was new, hot water was always available, but the internet connection was very weak. Overall, we were satisfied.

An excellent place for relaxation

We arrived yesterday. A beautiful place, right on the beach. First impressions: We booked a room in building A, which is listed as 2+1 and 24 m2. Honestly, I doubt that the room even measures 15 m2. The internet hardly works 90% of the time, and when it does, it is ten times slower than dial-up internet from 1991. If you need internet, this is not the place for you.

The accommodation is perfect for those of us who cherish a tranquil holiday, and on the other hand, it boasts an excellent location for exploring the island. They changed our linens twice in ten days, and every day they cleaned the apartment and took out the trash. The sea is incredibly close and, compared to other beaches, it is simply perfect! A big shout-out to Dolphins Studios ❤️

Accommodation highly recommended. My husband and I stayed in an apartment with two children. Both rooms have terraces, and two air conditioners whose use is included in the price, along with towels and cleaning that was done every other day, as well as linen replacement. Hygiene is truly at a high level. The accommodation units are spacious, the bathroom is satisfactory, and the kitchen is modest, depending on one's needs. Minimally equipped, the refrigerator is new and clean, with two burners, which is quite sufficient if you do not plan to spend your entire vacation cooking. Mosquito nets and shutters on every window and door are significant, as the morning sun directly illuminated the beds. A great advantage is that the beach and sea are in the courtyard, meaning you are on the beach 24/7 without the need for walking or packing. During our stay (early August), all three houses were full, yet there were enough sunbeds and chairs in the courtyard, and we didn't have to jostle with anyone. Natural shade, plenty of trees, you can literally spend the whole day outside. No noise day or night, except for the occasional stronger waves. Of course, parking is in deep shade, fenced, and there is always a free spot. You must be aware that this peace comes at a price, as there are no promenades or any dynamics. There are three restaurants and a shop in the immediate vicinity. We went to Skala Potamia in the evening, about 10 km away, a place for strolling, dining, and evening outings. Panagia is close, and Teologos is about 40 km away. We will definitely return, as this is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tasos; you wake up and lie down with that view and the scent of the sea nearby, and there are perhaps 20 people in the water. That is what I call vacation and relaxation! This is my humble opinion, as after this experience, Potos and similar places are no longer an option for us. So, it depends on what one likes and what one needs!

An excellent accommodation right on the beach. The access to the water is easy; after 3-4 steps on the gravel, you reach a beautiful, soft, fine sand (like a carpet), and the shallow water extends about 30m. You have your own sun loungers, which are always sufficiently available. They also sell excellent pine honey (7.5€ /kg).

All praise for the realistic depiction of the accommodation. I can speak about the apartment where I stayed with my family. It is a modest yet lovely place with a terrace that partially overlooks the sea, just enough to enhance your view while enjoying your morning coffee. Everything is impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff visits you daily, bringing fresh towels and cleaning the studio on the third day. Landlady Eleni is a delightful person you can always count on for anything, always cheerful and positive, just like the other staff members working there. The location of the studio is fantastic for me. The beach is just a few steps away, beautiful, sandy, and clean, with sunbeds always available for every guest in the apartment. The nearest larger place, Skala Potamia, is a ten-minute drive away, where you can stock up on food. The first larger beach, Paradise Beach, is also about ten minutes by car, said to be beautiful, but I wouldn’t trade it for our beach in front of the apartment... it is pure enjoyment. My first visit to Thassos was successful, a wonderful experience that I will surely repeat, and specifically in this apartment. Highly recommended!!!

It was our pleasure to spend this year's vacation in this accommodation. We stayed in the central house; the apartment is for four people, clean, with new furniture, and comfortable mattresses. The bed linens are changed every three days, and cleaning and towel changes are done daily. The view from the terrace is stunning. The beach is beautiful and private, with plenty of shallow areas, making it ideal for small children. The yard is well-maintained and has facilities for kids. Nearby, there are many lovely beaches along the eastern coast. The hosts are kind and accommodating. Beach loungers are included in the accommodation price. The only downside is the poorly equipped kitchen, lacking enough dishes and cutlery to match the number of guests. In any case, the accommodation comes highly recommended, and the photographs cannot capture the beauty of the place and the beach. We plan to return again in the future.

Nearby, there are three taverns offering reasonable prices, as well as a shop that is not particularly well-stocked— for larger purchases, you will need to travel to the neighboring town, which is 8 km towards Limenas. Within 10-15 km of the accommodation, you can find several beautiful beaches, from Golden Beach, Paradiso, Aliki, to the very beach in front of the accommodation that offers a sense of privacy. As is the case everywhere on Thassos, wasps pose a significant problem, so be prepared for a "battle" and exercise caution during meals. A warm recommendation to everyone!

The beach and sea are fantastic; I can hardly believe there is a more tranquil and better place than Thassos. The shade of that plane tree by the shore is exceptional. However, the accommodation suffers in quality; the studio we stayed in is quite cramped, and the bed, to put it mildly, is meant for 1.5 people, not two. The studio is cleaned daily, and the linens and towels are regularly changed, which deserves special praise. However, there is a musty smell in the wardrobe and kitchen cabinet, and improvements need to be made regarding comfort! The hosts are friendly, but somewhat laid-back. Perhaps I am accustomed to greater expediency, but if we do not have a dryer for laundry, I expect it to be provided when I request it, rather than them going to the store to buy one. In a triple studio, I expect cutlery for three without needing to ask for an extra plate. In any case, this is ideal for a getaway from the hustle, bustle, and noise. The beach is clean, peaceful, and offers complete privacy – perfect.

Our family travels quite frequently. Throughout the year, we enjoy active trips, and some of our best vacations have been road trips, during which we explored a part of one or more countries over the course of 15 to 20 days. Such journeys remain etched in our unforgettable memories. On the other hand, once a year, I love to take a vacation where I can completely disconnect and require less from it. This occurs in the summer, so it must be as close to the sea as possible, the weather should be pleasant, and the sea and beach should be well-kept. Ideally, without the noise of mass tourism, if possible. Of course, a few books, but that always depends on me, so there’s no room for error. All these conditions are met by the Dolphins apartments. Our apartment was just a few steps from the sandy beach with crystal-clear water, accompanied by shade that is perfect for reading. You wake up, move a few meters, enjoy the sand and the beach, and then return those few meters back to the apartment. Pure bliss. However, if you enjoy "active" pursuits while at the sea (I’m not sure what that could be, since 95% of tourist towns by the sea are quite similar, but still), then perhaps Tasos is not the best choice overall. The downside I would mention for the Dolphins apartments is the internet speed - which ultimately turned out to be a plus, as you only use it for urgent matters.

It is very rare to receive more than you expected and paid for. Studio Delfin is precisely such a place: crystal-clear sea, friendly hosts, tranquility, a beach located just 10 meters from the apartments, free sun loungers, always warm water, regular linen changes, cleanliness, parking – all without a single complaint. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a peaceful and carefree vacation. Thank you.

We were there from July 7 to July 17, 2015, my wife, two children, and I. I don’t know where to begin; let’s start with the pleasant details. The place is ideal, with a beach right in front of the house. Although, as someone wrote, it is somewhat unkempt, that doesn’t mean it is dirty; it simply offers peace, there are no crowds, and there is a rocky area (in front of the house) and 50 meters down, sandy shallows that are perfect for kids. It’s lovely to hear the waves from the terrace and the studio, which are truly relaxing. The pine forest behind and the sea in front ensure that you never feel too hot, even on the hottest days; in the evenings and mornings, there’s a nice mountain-like coolness. Now, about the negative aspects, which is why the title is what it is. When we arrived, we were placed in some studio at the side of the house that we didn’t even know existed (it’s not in any of the pictures on this site; it’s accommodation in the upper house on the right side when viewed from the water). Whose oversight it was, yours or the landlord’s, I really don’t know, but it’s not right. Until that moment, I thought we would be accommodated on the floor shown in the pictures. You know what it feels like when you think someone has deceived you, and after such a long journey, you can’t even lie down and rest. The bathroom was a bit outdated (they could have at least put a newer toilet seat). The whole studio is somewhat of a ruin. I thought I had a balcony (terrace), but no, we had a table at the entrance of the studio, and the landlady was trying to convince me that this was a balcony. I told her not to be ridiculous; if that’s a balcony, then really... It wouldn’t have been such a problem if we hadn’t had a one-year-and-five-month-old child with us, and because of him, I expected a railing the most. Furthermore, we were placed right next to the "reception" in quotes because nowhere does it say that this is actually the permanent residence of the landlady, her sons, and the cleaning lady, and that laundry is done there, breakfast is eaten, lunch and dinner are served, and friends come over. Starting from the youngest son to the landlady and her friends, they all talk loudly as if no one else is around, so forget about afternoon rest if you are in that house. Wherever I have vacationed before, there was a set time for rest, and even guests didn’t make noise during that time, let alone the owners. At one point, I lost my temper (since we were trying to have an afternoon rest for the child, and neither he, nor the older child, nor my wife, nor I could rest due to the noise), so I went out with bloodshot eyes and warned my friends that they were too loud, and only then did they calm down a bit, and that was around the fifth day. To me, it’s primarily your oversight because you don’t have a picture and a detailed description of the accommodation where you place people. I have already vacationed in Thassos, and this will not change my opinion of the island, but I certainly won’t go to Dolphins again, nor through you, as I have heard from several people this year that they are dissatisfied with you. Kudos for the website and various instructions, but there was a failure here.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Dolphins studio, and after three days, my fiancée joined us; she fell in love with Tasos :) during the period from September 7 to September 19, 2013. What sets this accommodation apart is the breathtaking view from the balcony, the friendly and unobtrusive hosts, and the clean rooms. The accommodation itself is nothing special, featuring old furniture and dishes, and lacking screens on the doors (the use of air conditioning is included in the package price), but what we had was functional and met our needs during those 13 days. The beach is clean and located just a few meters from the studio, with sunbeds available for your use. The hosts, a family of five (shoutout to little Pavlos), are kind and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of olive oil and some fruit on the bed as a sign of hospitality. In Kinira, there is only one market, and it is not particularly well-stocked. Additionally, there are no promenades or nicer taverns, so this place is not suited for those who prioritize nightlife and outings. However, Kinira and the Dolphins studio can serve as a good base for exploring Tasos and its beaches.

I stayed in the Dolphins studio with my girlfriend from July 23 to August 1, 2012. We chose it based on the displayed pictures, as it contained what we had envisioned, and the price fit perfectly. Hoping it would be just like in the pictures, considering that owners often mask the broader picture with good shots, we ended up with something we had only dreamed of. I will never forget that first experience upon arrival when we stood motionless. Here we found paradise for the two of us. The balcony almost kissed the shore. Mornings emerged far from the sea. We even turned our heads away from the setting and awaited the sunrise every morning. In the afternoons, when we woke up, we would soak in the turquoise greenery that the owners of these studios, a four-member family, possessed. Although we had a car and planned to explore Thassos and its beaches, we only went to Golden Beach, which is considered the most beautiful on the island, after the seventh day. To avoid misleading anyone with sweet talk, the studio is, as indicated, located outside the settlement and is certainly not for Serbian women who enjoy dressing up and flaunting their new tan. Here, you must find a different kind of evening entertainment, such as walking along the shore, night swimming, writing, reading, or watching movies (laptop) on that wonderful balcony amidst the constant sounds of nature - the waves and the warm breeze :)

We stayed at this accommodation from September 12 to September 22, 2011, my wife, daughter, son, and I. As I mentioned in the summary, the accommodation is, in my opinion, satisfactory, especially if you wish to be close to the sea and enjoy your peace, considering that the beach is not overly known or frequented like many others on Thassos. Nearby are the beaches of Aliki and Paradise, which are among the more popular beaches on Thassos, as well as Golden Beach. The main drawback of this accommodation is that there are practically no places nearby where one can take an evening stroll, nor are there any nicer restaurants, so for that, you have to travel either to Limenas, which is about 20 km away, or to Potos and Limenaria, which are about 30 km away. For those who seek complete peace and isolation without evening outings, this place is ideal.
