Rodavgi House is located about 130 meters from Sykia beach.
The offer includes two identical apartments that can accommodate up to five people. Each apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed and a folding sofa in the room with the kitchen. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary amenities, and the bathroom has a shower tub. In front of each apartment is a balcony with a table and chairs.
The accommodation is surrounded by a spacious, regularly maintained yard. In the yard, guests have access to a shower, children's toys, sun loungers, a seating area, and a barbecue. Parking is also available within the yard.
Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sithonia, such as Tourkolimnionas, Valti, Tigania, Klimataria, and many others.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
