Asta La Vista Maisonettes is located in a tranquil coastal village called Pesada, on the southwest coast of the island of Kefalonia. This traditional village boasts a small harbor that connects it to the island of Zakynthos and two beautiful sandy-rocky beaches with crystal turquoise waters, which are approximately 250m away from this accommodation. Pesada is surrounded by natural beauties, offering a spectacular view of the Lourdas bay to the south, the island of Zakynthos on the distant horizon, and the dominating backdrop of the highest peak in the Ionian Sea, Mount Ainos.

Offering three identical maisonettes on two levels, designed to accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor, at the lower level of the maisonette, there is a living room with a kitchen, as well as a toilet, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom contains two single beds, while the other has a double bed, and the living room with the kitchen features a sofa for two.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.

In the maisonettes, guests have access to air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board, as well as basic toiletries. The kitchens are equipped with stoves featuring large ovens. Two maisonettes have stoves with four glass-ceramic heating surfaces, while maisonette no. 2 has a stove with four classic hotplates. Each kitchen also has a large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, and in maisonette no. 2, there is also a microwave oven.

Guests of each maisonette have a covered veranda and balcony at their disposal, furnished with seating sets, providing a panoramic view of the sea and the island of Zakynthos.

The yard is surrounded by traditional stone walls and decorated with various flowers.

Pets are allowed upon request in this accommodation.

The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done after three days.

Guests are provided with parking within the courtyard.

Asta La Vista Maisonettes is located 12km away from the island’s capital, the town of Argostoli, and 9.5km from Anna Pollatou Airport.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
