Our description
Perfectly tucked in the spacious courtyard, among the beautiful palm trees, Bozelia Apartments is located in Tristinika, at about 500m from the eponymous beach, which can be reached by a dirt road (300m). If you imagine your holiday away from noise, in the shade, surrounded by greenery, Bozelia Apartments is the right choice for you.
In the offer there are four accommodation units. Two double apartments are located on a high ground floor, they have a separate kitchen and a bedroom with one double bed. The triple apartment is located on the first floor and it has one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed a room with the kitchen. The quadruple apartment is also located on the first floor, it has one double bed in the bedroom and one sofa and a single bed in a room with the kitchen.
The apartments have internet, a tumble dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge, hot plate and a microwave. In the bathrooms, there's a shower tub with a curtain, except in the triple apartment (only shower and tiles). The accommodation has no A/C and TV, but the air conditioner is not necessary at all. Laundry and ironing service is available with an extra charge. Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is done after three days. Pets are allowed upon previous agreement with the owner.
In the courtyard full of greenery there's a small playground with plenty of toys for children, deck chairs, sitting sets, shower, grill and parking.
Bozelia Apartments can be a great choice for families with small children who'd like to enjoy a peaceful location where children can play safely.

Welcome to the seaside settlement of Tristinika. On a 6000m2 site, resides the family business Bozelia Apartments (Dimos House). Just 142km from Thessaloniki and at only 500m from the sea, Βozelia Apartments has an ideal location for the customer to experience an unmatched relaxation and enjoy the natural environment in a quiet space combined with crystal clear water and a friendly approach.
All our apartments are spacious and very bright. They all have individual bathroom facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, hobs and all the essential cooking cutlery. Each apartment has an independent patio, with direct access to the bloomed garden and unlimited view.
The first apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a fridge, bathroom and a private balcony. It can host up to five persons. The second apartment on the ground floor has one bedroom, equipped kitchen with a fridge, bathroom and a private balcony. It can host up to three persons. The third apartment is on the first floor. It has one bedroom, equipped kitchen with a fridge and beds, bathroom and a private balcony. It can host up to four persons.
Bozelia Apartments features a garden with a view of surrounding nature where guests can have breakfast. It's also ideal for a barbeque in the evening. Guests are provided with a playground, free WiFi internet and free parking.
Taverns and bars are within a 10-minute walk. Beach is at 250m.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je vrlo komforan,odličan za malu decu. Dvorište je veliko i prepuno drveća. Blizu je lepe i čiste plaže. Voda je bozanstvena. Jedina zamerka je što nema klimu. Vetar skoro svakodnevno duva. Vlasnice su mnogo ljubazne,higijena je odlična,svakodnevno čiste apartmane i posteljinu menjaju na 3 dana. Za svaku preporuku
