Owner description
Bambino Casa is a brand new accommodation located in the village of Sykia, on the southeast side of Sithonia, approximately 1.5km from the nearest beach. Next to the accommodation, you can find a gas station, a store, and a butcher shop.
The accommodation consists of four studios with a maximum capacity for two adults and two children. Two studios are located on the high ground floor and two on the first floor, each of them containing a double bed and a sofa for two.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, two glass-ceramic hobs, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower with a glass partition.
From the balcony or fenced veranda, you can enjoy the view of the courtyard.
The courtyard is fenced and there is a private parking available for guests.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while a fresh set of bed linen and towels is provided every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
