Aeri Luxury Villas is located in Prinos, on the road to Kazaviti. It has a beautiful sea view and the place itself. The maisonettes are done in a modern way and fully equipped. The balconies are spacious. The guests can find a parking place right in front of the villa.
From the closes beach Dasilio villa is 3km away and the closest supermarket is in the center of Prinos, 400m away.
The accommodation was built in 2016. and it is consisted of two maisonettes.
The bigger maisonette (130m2) is suitable for seven people. On the upper floor, there are a modern equipped kitchen with a large fridge and oven, a living room with a corner sofa, a bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed inside. From the living room, there’s an access onto a big balcony with a view that takes your breath away. On the ground floor, there is the second bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine, and two bedrooms with bunk beds and a double bed.
The smaller maisonette (75m2) is suitable for four people. On the upper floor, there’s one bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, while on the ground floor, there’s a living room with corner sofa, a kitchen with a big fridge and an oven, a balcony, and another bathroom with a washing machine.
The cleaning is done every day, while the towels and bed linen are being changed every three days.
There’s enough parking place on the street in front of the villa.
Coming from Limenas, take a left turn on the main crossroad and drive towards Kazaviti another 500m. Take a left sharp turn and follow the road (another 450m) that will take you to Aeri Luxury Villas.
