Hotel Description

Giorgos House (120m2) is located 2km west of Lefkas, on a 5000m2 field full of trees, at just 100m from the sea. It has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balconies. There’s a sea view from the one side and the green mountain from the other. The house is fully equipped and air-conditioned, perfect to accommodate families or the group friends up to six persons.

The house has direct access to the beach. Parking is private and uncovered. Inside the house, there are three bedrooms, one living room, large separate kitchen, dining room, patio and veranda. There is one double bed, four single beds, one sofa bed and a baby cot.

Facilities: Fireplace, TV, board games, cable/satellite channels, WiFi (wireless internet access), wardrobe, hair dryer, fly screens, A/C, mobile cool air fan, central and electric heating.

Appliances: Crockery/flatware, kitchen utensils, electric coffee maker, toaster, grill, electric stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside amenities: BBQ, yard table(s), yard seat(s), parasol and outside shower facilities.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 5 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
