Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
StellAnna Garden House is located in the village of Sikia, on Sithonia, 200 m from the sandy beach and 4 km from the central square. The spacious garden, proximity to the beach, and modern facilities make it the perfect place for nature lovers.
The prefabricated building can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchenette, which includes a double bed and a single sofa.
The air-conditioned accommodation offers a TV, WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchenette with two burners, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, you can enjoy views of the garden.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the unit during the stay, as well as towel and linen changes, are done every three days.
Guests of the accommodation are provided with a parking space within the courtyard.
