Description
Palmera Villa is located in Ierissos on an excellent location. There is a completely sandy beach just 8-9 minutes away, and there are many beach bars nearby.
This villa has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have two joined single beds, while the third bedroom has one double bed. In the living room there is a sofa designed for two more people. It is also possible to add three more ranch beds upon prior request.
Palmera villa has one air conditioner, fan, WiFi, TV, washing machine, hair dryer. A cot can be added upon prior request. There is also a dining chair for babies. Children up to four years old can stay for free if they sleep in beds with their parents.
This house has a fully equipped kitchen - with a large oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, an espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a dishwasher.
There is one toilet on the ground floor, while on the first floor there is one bathroom with a shower cabin.
On the high ground floor there is one large balcony that covers all sides of the building, while on the first floor there are three more terraces.
In the huge yard there is a summer house with chairs and tables, deckchairs, lawn, outdoor shower, barbecue, and on request it is possible to provide a trampoline for children as well as other activities. Two bicycles are also available for guests to use.
Guests take care of their own cleaning. When entering the apartment, bed linen and towels are provided, and one additional set is available during the stay.
The accommodation is open all year round, and there is also a fireplace if guests wish to stay in the villa during the colder months.
Parking is in front of the house and is guaranteed.
If you want to spend your vacation in a house with lots of greenery, a large yard in complete peace and all that not far from a sandy beach, Palmera villa is an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
