Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Farm House is located in the coastal village of Sykia, on the eastern part of the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki. Situated in a quiet area, away from crowds and noise, it is an ideal choice for a family holiday. The property features a spacious and beautifully maintained yard of 5,000 m², which includes a barbecue area, a children’s play corner, and space for enjoying various outdoor activities. In the neighboring yard, there is a small farm with chickens, peacocks, geese, and turkeys, offering a unique experience for relaxation and vacation. Sykia Beach is located 4 km from the property.
Farm House offers a studio and an apartment.
The studio is located on the ground floor of a separate building and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a single room combining the sleeping area and kitchen, while the bathroom is separate. The sleeping area features one double bed and two single beds.
The apartment, also situated on the ground floor, is designed to accommodate up to five adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a separate kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room has two single sofas, while the bedroom features one double bed and two single beds.
A baby cot is available on request and at no extra charge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchen in the studio is equipped with a mini stove with three burners, a small oven, and a large fridge with freezer, while the apartment’s kitchen includes a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, and a large fridge with freezer.
