Bene Villa is located outside the town of Preveza, 3km from the city center and 2km from the beach. The accommodation, which combines comfort and functionality, provides an ideal environment for relaxation and enjoyment at any moment.

The accommodation is situated on the high ground floor and can accommodate eight adults. It consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. In the bedrooms, there are two single beds, while the living room features two single sofas.

The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

On the balcony, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy the view of the courtyard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests arrive at a clean accommodation, and during their stay, they are responsible for maintaining hygiene. For reservations of four or more nights, a replacement set of towels and bed linen is provided, which guests change as needed.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
