The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and is designed to accommodate up to four adults. The interior is decorated in a contemporary, subtly elegant style, with details that bring warmth and functionality to the space. The layout includes a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each part is carefully designed to provide comfort and practicality during the stay. Upon request and at no additional cost, guests have access to a baby cot. Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
