Hotel Description

Kostalina Studios is a decent accommodation located in a quiet location in Limenas, about 15 minute walk from the beach. The owners are very friendly and they maintain the accommodation very well. Guests can use the internet, air conditioning, parking and yard with barbecue.

Kostalina is 800 meters away from the city center and about a kilometer away from the city beach (just as far from Vournelis beach). The first supermarket can be found at 400-500 meters.

There is a reception and a lobby at the entrance to the villa.

There are 13 accommodation units from two up to four people and they are located on the ground floor and first floor (only one is in semi-based ground floor).

All accommodation units are studios (room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony), they’re very spacious, with new and quality furniture. The layout of the beds in the accommodation units is varied, there are both, double and single beds.

Double studios (22m2) have two single beds. Both are located on the ground floor. They have a small kitchen and a bathroom. These units are not available for the 2026. season.

There are seven three-bed studios and each has a double and single bed. The size is 24m2.

Two four-bed studios (numbers 19 and 20, 25m2 each) have double and two single beds and both are on the first floor, while the remaining two four-bed studios have one double bed and bunk beds.

The studios are very clean, some balconies are spacious and the kitchens are decently furnished. Each studio is air conditioned and has a TV, and WiFi is available at the reception and in some rooms.

Bed linens and towels are replaced on a half of the stay.

The house has a beautiful and meticulous decorated courtyard with a summer house, outdoor seating, a barbecue and a play area for children.

Private parking is provided for the guests in front of the accommodation.

If you want accommodation for reasonable price, close to the center, promenade and all amenities that Limenas offers, Kostalina Studios is a great choice.

Selecting this villa you’ll get the accommodation which provides an excellent base for touring the island. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

The major drawback is the kitchen, i.e., the lack of cookware (only two large pots) and two hotplates that took a long time to heat up. The rest was fine.

A beautiful, clean, and comfortable accommodation, particularly appealing to children due to the amenities in the yard. The owners are always friendly and available. Highly recommended!

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
