We are pleased with the accommodation at Helena's apartment, especially with the parking space. It is an exceptionally quiet area of Nikiti, and everything functioned well in the apartment. I have only one complaint: we were told that the bed linens and towels would be changed every four days, which was not done. Furthermore, like many others, I must point out that it is unfortunate that this area lacks asphalt, with villas standing side by side. Typical of careless Greeks.

We are very satisfied with the accommodation, as it fully met our needs as a married couple with a baby. We particularly appreciate that the sleeping area is separate from the living room and terrace. Since the terrace is located in a slight basement, it is completely enclosed, making it safe for the baby and suitable for play. Everything is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The place is tidy and clean, and the parking spaces are shaded, which was very important to us.

Two years ago, we stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, and now we are in a two-bedroom one on the first floor. There are two adults and two children. The apartment is clean and fully equipped: air conditioning, WiFi, dishes, plenty of towels, and two terraces. It is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, about 300 meters from the beach, or around 200 meters from the port. Please note that the last 70 meters to the apartment is an unpaved road. The landlady is very kind and completely unobtrusive. This accommodation has been satisfactory for us both times, and we recommend it, considering that we often went to other beaches throughout the day, so the distance from the beach in Nikiti did not bother us. On the other hand, it is not far from the town beach, which is quite acceptable. We would certainly choose the same accommodation again. Last year, my wife, our one-year-old son, and I vacationed in Greece, staying at Helena Apartments. My impressions are overwhelmingly positive, and the holiday was truly memorable. Our accommodation was on the ground floor, which suited us well for the safety of our child. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and all facilities functioned satisfactorily. I understand the complaints of other guests and agree that the stairs and access can be risky, as the tiles are slippery, especially when wet. I wouldn't want to comment on the city and nature, as it's Greece, and everyone knows the beauty and paradise it offers! This year, we have already booked the same accommodation, and I must mention the kindness of the owners, who offered us a favorable price since we are their guests again.

The apartment on the first floor is well-equipped (the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the refrigerator is large), very comfortable and spacious. Towels and bed linens are changed regularly. The owner, Helena, is more than kind, always ready to assist in resolving any issue. She speaks little English, but it is possible to communicate with her. All praise for her! As other users have mentioned, the access path is neither illuminated nor paved, and the beach is a ten-minute walk away. Our impressions are, overall, positive!

It is a mistake on the website that states guests must change the bedding themselves, as this is handled by the hosts. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can be extended and can also be used for sleeping. There is a TV and one air conditioning unit that struggled to cool the apartment at temperatures above 35°C during the night, making it somewhat warm for sleeping. The screens on the terrace doors are slightly torn. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a small stove, and a large refrigerator. One terrace is functional and has a table with chairs, while the other is impractical and lacks a canopy, but the functional one is quite sufficient. The bathroom is very small and not particularly practical for four people, although this may not be a significant issue. There is also a small water heater for the shower that you must turn on yourself, and it can only be used while you are present in the apartment (house rules), although it doesn’t take long to heat the water; it’s best to turn it on at night to avoid any issues. The hosts are very kind, warmly welcoming us and being exceptionally hospitable throughout our stay at the villa. Parking for vehicles is located under a large tree, ensuring that the vehicle is always in the shade.

The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a coffee filter machine, a coffee mixer, a large refrigerator, and a mini stove with an oven. The dining area and living room are satisfactory. The Wi-Fi is excellent, with the only downsides being a small bathroom and an unpaved road (about 100m). Overall, it is an excellent accommodation.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and features a living room with a pull-out bed, air conditioning, a TV, and a large terrace, while the kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a smaller stove with three burners and an oven, a sink, and all the utensils you might need - a complete set of cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, cups... everything is brand new. In addition to this, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two separate beds, which also has a smaller terrace. The bathroom is small but functional. The furniture is beautiful and new, everything is exceptionally clean, and the bed linens and towels are changed every four days. There is always hot water available, and air conditioning is free of charge. The Wi-Fi works excellently. The apartment is surrounded by flowers and ornamental plants, although there is no yard. There is parking space in front of the apartment. The downside is that the last hundred meters of the road are unpaved and lack lighting, and there are some undeveloped and partially neglected plots in the vicinity, but my wife and I, along with our two children, were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly return.
