If you’re looking for a secure accommodation, on a quiet location and at walking distance from the center of Nikiti and the beach, Helena’s Apartments can be a great choice for you. The air-conditioned and spacious apartments for 2-5 people, with mosquito nets, beautiful private terraces with an awning and wireless internet, provide the comfort of a real family house.

The accommodation is located in Nikiti, about 330m from the beach, the center and the Happy market, on a very quiet location, only 2-3 minutes walk from all amenities, promenade and shops.

In the offer are apartments with a capacity of 2-5 people, the accommodation was built in 2006 and renovated in 2018 (mostly bathrooms, shower cabins).

Quadruple superior apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed. Apartments have a TV, work desk, air conditioning, and a kitchen with a mini-stove. One of the apartments has a bathtub in the spacious bathroom, while the others have a shower cabin.

Two bedroom apartments (65-70m2) have two connected single beds in the first bedroom and one double bed in the second (slightly smaller) bedroom. With a sofa in the living room, these apartments can accommodate up to five persons. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a fridge and a mini-stove. These apartments have two terraces separated by a wall, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. In the living room, there is a fireplace, TV, air conditioning, work desk and dining table. One of these apartments has a sea view from the bedroom and a larger bathroom with a shower cabin.

Triple apartment are located in the basement, three steps below the ground level. They have a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom. One of the apartments has an edged showering area with a curtain in the bathroom, while the other doesn’t and its toilet is one step up.

All accommodation units have a private balcony with awning, seating set and tumble dryer. Towels are replaced after three nights and bed linen after five nights.

The accommodation has a small, enclosed yard, but very cosy, with paths and flowers. Private parking is provided.

Enter to Nikiti and after traffic lights take a right into Neakitou street and drive on for 415m. Then take a right and drive ahead for 240m until you reach Helena’s Apartments.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
