Gianna Studios is situated in a beautiful location, not right by the road, ensuring peace. The sandy beach with crystal clear water is the holder of the Blue Flag, and it is about 70 meters away, while the first supermarket and tavern are around 100 meters away.

The offer includes two triple and one quadruple studio, one quadruple apartment, and one five-bed duplex apartment, located on the first and second floor.

On the first floor, there is one triple studio, one quadruple apartment, and one five-bed duplex apartment. The triple studio is equipped with one double bed and a single sofa. The quadruple apartment is suitable for a family with two children. It consists of a kitchen and a double bed in one room, and a bunk beds for children in another room, separated by glass door with a curtain. The five-bed duplex apartment has two bedrooms. The first one contains a double bed, and the second one has a double bed and a sofa. The spacious living room with a kitchen features a sofa bed for sleeping.

On the second floor, there is one triple studio with a single sofa and one quadruple studio with a double beds in one room and a bunk bed for children in another room (not separated by a door).

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and internet. The kitchens are supplied with utensils and cookware for meal preparation, a stove with two burners, a small oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. All bathrooms have tiled shower areas, some with glass partitions, while others have curtains. Most units offer partially obstructed sea views and all have lovely terraces with awnings, tables, and chairs, providing shade and sun protection throughout the day. Windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets, and a baby cot is available upon request.

In the courtyard, there is a covered gazebo, a barbecue, as well as a table with chairs for dining and socializing. A private covered parking is located around 50 meters from the house.

Guests of the accommodation are entitled to a 10% discount at the Porto Marina restaurant in Porto Koufo. For any additional information, guests can inquire directly with the owner upon arrival at the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

If, on the day of reservation, more people appear than initially registered at the time of booking, the owners reserve the right to charge a higher amount than indicated on the voucher.
