We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of the apartment. In the pictures, it looks better than in reality, but everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, equipped with liquid soap, small hotel soaps, and shampoos. Fresh toilet paper (three rolls), towels, and bed linens were provided after the third and fifth days. The terrace is beautiful, furnished with a wooden table and comfortable chairs. In the kitchen, we had everything necessary for our stay, and I must reiterate that everything was exceptionally clean! The beach is within reach, literally less than 100 meters away. The water is purified. The landlady is very kind. Parking is not in the yard but is located 50 meters away, with a canopy, and everyone has their own spot. All praises; we would gladly return to Toroni!

We stayed at Gianna Studio at the beginning of September, and the overall impression is quite positive. The owners welcomed us, assisted with carrying our luggage, and explained everything in a pleasant and courteous manner. The accommodation is not luxurious, but it is clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities (a large refrigerator, cooking utensils, a curtain for the "shower cabin", basic cooking supplies, soaps, dishwashing liquid, sponges, toilet paper...). It features an excellent, spacious terrace, and ours had a view of the sea. It is close enough to the beach, yet far enough from the street where vehicles pass. You only need to walk past an empty lot to reach a quiet street that is not very busy, as it is a road only for those going to and through Toroni (it is not the main road). After crossing the street, you have about ten meters to walk through the shade, and you are at the beach :) The owners are not intrusive and are very courteous. The internet connection is decent, likely depending on the room you are in (we had better signal on the street in front). Towels are provided and are changed, along with the bedding, after five days. There is no hairdryer, so if you need one, bring your own. The nearest shop is a few minutes' easy walk and is open until 10 PM. Considering our accommodation consisted of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two small beds, it is also marketed as suitable for four people. In my personal opinion, it is too small for four people; it is ideal for two or, for example, two adults and one child. The accommodation is located at the very beginning of Toroni, a bit further from the center of activity, which suited us with a baby because it is peaceful, and we could take a stroll to the central area every evening. All in all, if you are looking for clean and decent accommodation, I recommend it. If you seek luxurious accommodation, this is not for you. For that price, it is quite reasonable.

Everything that was offered and described is indeed real and present on-site. We are satisfied with the accommodation; the studio is spacious, featuring a kitchenette in the main room, a bathroom, a terrace, and a small room with two additional beds for children. It is located at the beginning of Toroni, close to the beach visible from the terrace, which is large and furnished with a dining table and four polyurethane chairs. The price is reasonable, the hosts are kind and ready to assist at any moment. My wife and I are extremely satisfied!!!

We stayed in a double studio on the first floor during the first half of July. We were welcomed by a young, kind owner, with whom we managed to communicate despite her limited knowledge of English. We arrived the day after a storm hit this area, so we were greeted by a day without electricity and water. However, the owner provided us with two packages of water for "showering," which immediately left a great impression of her hospitality and service. The studio is not very comfortable, but for two people, it suffices, except that there is a lack of space for food preparation, requiring a bit of improvisation. The space is, I assume, freshly painted, and the linens and towels are impeccable. The large combined refrigerator has enough space for everything. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for preparing simpler meals. The terrace is the most beautiful part of the studio, with a partial view of the sea, partially separated from the neighboring apartment's terrace by glass, so enjoyment of the view and relaxation depends on who is next to you. The beach is very close, which is one of the greatest advantages of the apartment. The internet signal is excellent, and you can even access it outside the yard. Among the mentioned items, we did not have a hairdryer, but we managed without it. Our towels were changed only once, on the fifth day; it could have been at least once more. We are very satisfied with the accommodation you recommended to us.

Nestled in a tranquil part of Toronija, just about 50 meters from the beach, this villa has proven to be an excellent choice for a stay with a small child. While the appliances, apart from the television, are somewhat outdated, the size of the terrace is twice as large compared to accommodations we've experienced previously in Greece. Additionally, it is furnished with a large wooden table and new chairs, and it is important to highlight that it offers a stunning view of the sea. The owner of the villa does not speak English very well, but she made an effort to assist us with everything we needed. In our opinion, this accommodation comes highly recommended, and if we decide to vacation in Toronija again, we will have no hesitation in choosing this place.

The accommodation is situated away from the hustle and bustle... close to the beach... we stayed in the first apartment on the high ground floor... the terrace is surprisingly spacious... The landlady furnished the apartment with small essentials that matter (dishwashing liquid, sponge, a bottle of chilled water, toilet paper, liquid soap, regular soap, a drying rack on the terrace, towels... Clean and tidy... On the fourth day, we received a complete set of towels and bed linens for replacement... The WIFI signal was satisfactory... The Gianna2 network worked better than Gianna1... Parking was provided... We had no issues at all...

We spent 13 days vacationing in this accommodation at the end of July and the beginning of August 2016 (4 adults and 3 children) in the largest apartment. The accommodation is phenomenal for this price. The beach is literally a 2-minute walk away. The beds are new and comfortable. My only complaint pertains to the stove, oven, and refrigerator, as they are quite old and function poorly. The bathroom has been recently renovated, but the shower was broken when we arrived. Towels and bed linens are changed every 3 to 4 days, and the apartment is cleaned every 4 days. We found toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The dishes were sufficient for the seven of us. Overall, I am very satisfied with this accommodation.
