Our daughter fainted and fell in front of the apartment, and Natalia, her husband, and the owner of the villa immediately rushed to help and called for an ambulance. We are very grateful to them.

We stayed in studio number 6 on the second floor, which was tidy, clean, and spacious, featuring two balconies with a lovely view. There isn't much space for belongings, so pack light. The owner is not very talkative, but everything we needed was provided. Upon our arrival, we spent a long time trying to find anyone in the house; we even attempted to call, but no one answered. Eventually, we reached a lady who speaks only Greek and Russian, not English. That is a note. The location is good; for those who enjoy well-kept beaches, three are nearby. My husband, our two children (aged 4 and 6), and I prefer beaches with fewer people, so we went to Fari Beach (a bit further from Atspas), which is unkempt but fantastic, with clean water and very few people. You must bring your own umbrellas. Skala Maries is a small, quiet, and charming place with excellent taverns. For those who appreciate peace and tranquility, this is a great choice. Overall, we are very satisfied; Villa Elia, Skala Maries, and Thassos met our expectations, and our vacation was fantastic. Thank you.

Anything you might need that isn't provided can be obtained from the villa's hostess. The distance to the city beach is much closer than it appears in the pictures.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the reviews of other users. Clean, comfortable apartments and studios. Parking is located behind the property. The internet signal is good. The apartments are cleaned every 3-4 days, and towels are changed. We often grilled fish on the backyard grill, and although there is no fish market, a van passes through the village every day around 10 AM, offering various types of fresh fish, mussels, shrimp, and crabs.

The beauty of the island of Tasos is a compelling reason for a person to return time and again and to revel in all these splendors. Villa Elia is an excellent choice for those seeking peace and tranquility, as it is situated in a small and serene village, where one can still find all the basic necessities that a person requires. While planning and searching for accommodation for the summer, this villa was favored for its one-star rating, where we had previously stayed, due to the absence of the host, Olympios, which left us somewhat disappointed. Everything else is as it is described and presented on the website, with one small note that it mentions TV with satellite channels is entirely unnecessary. No one came to watch the film program on satellite, but if something like that is indeed stated, perhaps it is possible that at least one channel could be in Serbian (this is implied when someone mentions satellite TV, and guests come from Serbia, rather than 500 channels from the Middle East and Africa). I also do not understand why in the apartment that states 4+2 there are 4 chairs (it is important to imply that the two stand???) while on the terrace the seating arrangement suggests 3 chairs.??? This means I did not come to Tasos to watch satellite TV and channels from Somalia, but to enjoy, which implies sitting on the terrace and relaxing, but it appears only for three guests. I believe this can be rectified. Everything else is fine.

For the first time, my family and I vacationed in Thassos. In previous years, we had vacationed in the Olympus region and Halkidiki. We carry beautiful impressions and memories from those places; however, Thassos offered us something more, something we can only describe as "Beautiful Greece." Thanks to the agency "Nikana," we booked accommodation at "Vila Elia" in Skala Marion, which turned out to be a perfect choice. A lovely, newer property, with a comfortable apartment and all the necessary amenities (dishes, kitchen appliances, hairdryer, towels for each individual... Comfortable beds, clean linens that are changed every third day of stay. But most importantly, the kind hosts, among whom we must highlight the hostess, Mrs. Olivia, who captivates with her kindness and smile, making you feel truly welcome. Skala Marion is a small, lovely, quiet place, where the rooster serves as your alarm clock, heard from someone's yard. A clean beach right in the village and an excellent sandy beach "Atspas" with crystal-clear, calm waters. The village is ideal for a family holiday, where you can spend your evenings in several tavernas with excellent food, accompanied by the sounds of Greek music, or use it as a starting point for trips to nearby Limenaria and Potos.

They changed our bed linens and towels four times during our ten-day stay, and the restroom was cleaned regularly. On one occasion, when we left the breakfast dishes unwashed, we found them cleaned upon our return from the beach. They took out the trash every other day, and we received trash bags and toilet paper. We were also provided with liquid hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and sponges, so we didn't have to buy anything. The landlady, Olibia, is very pleasant; she shares her baked goods with guests when she makes them. When we were leaving, we received a personalized bottle of olive oil as a gift. The place is small and peaceful, with a small but beautiful beach and several taverns serving excellent food. There are other beaches nearby in case this one does not appeal to someone. All in all, I highly recommend it; we will definitely return.

Both accommodations were very good, spacious, and well-lit. The kitchen was fully equipped. Towels and bed linens are changed every three days, although if you need them sooner, it is not a problem at all. The hostess is very kind and is available to guests throughout the day. The place is small, with no noise or crowds, and the seagulls that are more numerous here than at some other locations on the island will wake you up. There are even three beaches nearby, the famous Atspas beach (750m away) as well as two city beaches (half as close). Highly recommended. We would return again.

The best aspect is that it is situated in a small village in the southwestern part of the island, where you can enjoy the sunset and the sounds of seagulls in the evenings. There are three lovely beaches within walking distance in the village, and many more on the island that you can visit, with crystal clear water wherever you go. The villa offers a stunning view of the sea. I would recommend this villa to anyone who appreciates comfort and serenity away from crowded places.

The accommodation is truly as described. Clean and tidy, just a few minutes from the village center. And most importantly, it has parking. The housekeeper and cleaner are always available to assist. It is regularly cleaned, and the sheets and towels are changed. A commendable service. This is my first time visiting Thassos and staying in this villa, but I only see flaws from previous comments, e.g., wifi, which has been improved this year, is much better, and there is also a grill that I believe didn’t exist before. A drawback would be the advertisement for satellite TV; no one ever comes to the sea to watch TV, but if it states that it has it, then it should mean something, and how will you know when the channels are from the Near East and Africa. The closest geographical channels are from Italy; everything else is from some African countries. Secondly, there is no poster where things could be organized; we kept all items in bags. And one more thing, perhaps the mattresses on the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, everything else is highly recommendable.

Skala Maries is undoubtedly the most beautiful place on Thassos. It is a small, tranquil spot where you are awakened by seagulls, doves, and the occasional rooster. Our hostess, Olimpia, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. There were even tears at our farewell. I am certain that we will return to Thassos, and we will not change our accommodation.

Studio number 6 on the second floor of Villa Elia was exceptional, spacious, and sunny, offering a magnificent view of the sea, with truly enchanting sunsets. We stayed from July 9th to 22nd. I believe your description of this studio mentioned it had one terrace (which was shown in the attached pictures), however, this studio has two terraces, one of which is enormous, featuring a seating arrangement and a sunshade (in my estimation, around 16 to 20 m²). Additionally, the smaller terrace also had a seating arrangement with a sunshade. The person responsible for changing towels and linens (I later learned she was not the owner) was exceptionally kind and continuously offered us clean towels, linens, as well as cleaning services for the studio. For the kids, wi-fi was a priority; it occasionally experienced interruptions, but that depended on the guests who were connected at that moment, though nothing too serious. The studio is conveniently located near the village center. Truly perfect service; we left home extremely satisfied. Best regards!

We stayed at Villa Elia from September 6th to 18th. We were accommodated on the ground floor in the central, pink apartment. The apartment is fantastic, clean, and tidy, equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Nearby this accommodation is Atspas beach, which is ideal for parents with small children, and in my opinion, the best on Thassos, so it was perfect for us :) The woman who maintained the apartment is Russian, and since we speak Russian, we could communicate well. For anything you need, you can reach out to her. I read in the comments that the wi-fi signal is very poor, but that is not entirely true. The signal was good, occasionally dropping, but overall it was quite satisfactory. The only thing that didn't suit me in the accommodation, nor my husband, were the pillows :) They were somehow too high and uncomfortable.

Excellent accommodation, we stayed in studio 6 which has a private entrance, leading up the stairs to the first floor. The studio is spacious, classified as 5+1, and it was perfect for the four of us: two adults and two children. It features two terraces, one smaller and one of 15 square meters with seating arrangements, both offering a view of the sea, which is about 150 meters away. The center is just as far, where you can find a small shop, a pharmacy, and several taverns, along with the town beach. The distance to Atspas beach is around 800 meters; you can walk, but we drove since we were carrying various play items for the kids. The place is tranquil, ideal for relaxation, provided you have a car or rent a quad or vehicle to explore Tasos, while staying in Skala. The view from the terrace at sunset is unforgettable. All in all, yet another wonderful holiday in Tasos! We highly recommend it...

During the period from September 9 to September 19, 2013, I stayed with my three-year-old son and husband at Villa Elia in Skala Maries. The overall impression is exceptionally good; the apartment is spacious, clean, and new, featuring two lovely terraces with a view of the sea.

In August 2013, we stayed in studio 6 at Villa Elia, in Skala Maries. We are a family of five, with three young boys. This was our second visit to this property, which speaks positively of it. The studio contains everything necessary, a fully equipped kitchen (you only need to bring a cutting board), a new, clean, and sufficiently large bathroom, enough beds of appropriate size (not the Greek standard), two terraces, a TV with satellite programs, air conditioning, a hairdryer, screens on the windows and terrace doors, practically everything that may be needed or important during a vacation. Perhaps the only downside is the slightly limited closet space, especially when there are five or more people. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is weak and establishing a connection to the local network is difficult, but I believe this is only an issue in studio 6, due to its distance from the router. Next to the villa is a gated parking area, where there is usually enough space for the cars of all guests in the property. It is also commendable that towels are cleaned and replaced every three days, and the storage is conveniently located in the property (in the basement). A bakery and a shop are located 150-200 meters away, which is very convenient. In the area, there are also a few taverns, where live Greek music is available, especially on weekends. Furthermore, near Skala Maries, there are three beaches, all quite good for those who prefer to park their car throughout the vacation. For others (like us), this place is an excellent starting point for exploring the island. Overall, a very positive experience.

During the period from July 25 to August 8, 2013, I spent my vacation with my family (my husband, myself, and two minor children) and my sister and her teenage son at "Villa Elia". The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle. A relaxing vacation is guaranteed. The nearest beach is a public beach located about a hundred meters from the villa. The beach boasts crystal-clear water, sunbeds provided with your coffee order, and exceptionally friendly staff at the beach bar. The villa is extremely clean; bed linens and towels are changed literally every third day during the apartment cleaning. We stayed for 14 nights, and during that time, our linens were changed four times! The couple managing the villa and its guests is perfectly kind, attentive to every detail, and available 24 hours a day. It’s worth mentioning that we even received mosquito repellent! As a welcome gift, we found bottled water in the fridge, homemade rakia, and a jar of honey (also homemade). Upon departure, we were given a hand-painted glass bottle of olive oil. I should note that the apartment is excellently equipped. From kitchenware to a hairdryer, there are no extra charges for air conditioning! The location is perfect for a holiday as well as a base for exploring the entire island. We highly recommend the villa, and we already know where we will be vacationing next year, and for no less than three weeks!

A family vacation with children aged 16 and 18. There are four of us, and the place is small and somewhat dull after 4-5 days once you settle in. However, it serves as a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful island. The accommodation is excellent, clean, and furnished with new furniture.

During my stay at Villa Elia from August 12 to 22, 2012, I enjoyed a delightful vacation with my family, including my husband and our two children, aged 18 and 9. The location captivated me; it was a tranquil seaside retreat, perfect for relaxation. The locals were exceptionally kind, and the crowds typical of larger towns were notably absent. Nearby, there were three stunning beaches, although we primarily frequented the so-called Baby Beach, which was about a ten-minute walk from our apartment. This was no inconvenience, as the path meandered along the coast, making the stroll a true pleasure. I can only express praise for the house where we stayed, starting with its size, cleanliness, new furnishings, and a beautiful terrace from which we watched the sunset every evening. The young woman responsible for maintaining the apartment was very courteous. Adjacent to the house, there was a fenced parking area, so we had no worries about our car, which was always shaded. Skala Marion serves as an ideal base for visiting other beaches on the western side of the island without incurring significant expenses. One thing is certain: if our destination next year is again Thassos, we will undoubtedly choose Villa Elia once more.

Skala Marion is a quaint fishing village featuring three to four restaurants, a pharmacy, and a shop. The restaurants are exceptional, boasting excellent cuisine and hospitable owners who always offer you a complimentary drink or dessert! The village has three decent beaches, but if you seek better ones, it’s no trouble to drive anywhere... Regarding the accommodation, all praises... It is a brand new lodging with exceptionally kind hosts who are always willing to assist you. The accommodation is completely new, and air conditioning is not an additional charge, nor is the internet! If you desire a true vacation, this is a phenomenal place for it!

The girl who maintains the house was very pleasant. Skala Marijes is a peaceful little place, a true fishing village, devoid of crowds, with one bakery and a poorly stocked supermarket. This did not bother us at all. All in all, it is the perfect place for a tranquil getaway.

I stayed at Villa Ellia with my wife and three children in mid-July 2011. Some may criticize that the villa is located 150 (perhaps even 200) meters from the nearest beach, but I believe this is truly insignificant, especially since it is more than compensated by the newly built property featuring a tastefully and comfortably furnished studio/apartment, with a stunning view of the bay. The sunsets are truly memorable, and from the terrace of the neighboring house, the sound of the bouzouki can often be heard... and then you really know you are in Greece.
