Accommodation description

** Kiki Georgiadis Haus is located on the beach in Toroni. It is a good choice for those who want to spend their holidays in a great location close to the beach and all other amenities.**

The nearest market is about 150m away, and the nearest tavern about 100m away.

The ground floor house consists of four accommodation units. One four-bed apartment that has two single beds in the room where there is a kitchen and one double bed in a separate room, but these two rooms are not separated by a door. Then two four-bed studios with one double bed and one bunk bed or two single beds and one two-bed studio with a double bed.

The studios are facing the sea, they are air-conditioned and have TV, internet, mosquito nets, wire for drying clothes, bathroom and kitchen with large fridge with freezer and oven.

Accommodation units have balconies in front, and there is plenty of space in the yard for kids to play. Guests can use the barbecue, as well as parking. Clean linen and towels are provided every four days to be replaced.

You will reach the accommodation by driving down the main street by the sea and after passing the Angelos Garden accommodation and tavern, you will drive another 100m and you will reach the Kiki Georgiadis accommodation on the beach.

For families who want accommodation on the beach in a quiet location, Kiki Georgiadis can be a great choice.

It was important to me that the place is close to the beach and that the accommodation is literally right on the shoreline—that there’s no noise or crowds, and that children have a yard where they can play.

Everything was wonderful, just steps from the sandy beach with crystal-clear water. Toroni is a quaint little place, not overcrowded, making it an ideal location for relaxation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
