Rania Studios is an elegant establishment with a large courtyard for children to play, socialize, barbecue, and relax. The location of the villa is excellent considering that all amenities are just a few minutes walk away, and on the other hand, it offers conditions for a peaceful family vacation.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia just a hundred meters from the beach and about 400m from the strict center.

The house is divided into two parts, as the right side of the building is elevated compared to the rest of the property when viewed from the front. In the central part of the building, there is a high ground floor, first and second floor, while in the part of the building that is higher than the rest of the property, there is a basement, first, second, and third floor.

Central part of the building:

On the high ground floor, there are four standard studios (28m2) with one double bed and a sofa bed for two. On the first floor, there are three more standard studios, equipped in the same way, as well as one triple luxury studio with a double bed and a sofa bed. An additional bed for children up to 15 years old can be added to this studio, with an extra charge if the children are older than 10 years. On the second floor, there are two luxury apartments (30m2) and two luxury studios (30m2). Luxury studios and apartments are equipped in the same way - a double bed and a sofa bed for two.

Right part of the building, which is elevated and higher than the central building:

This part of the building consists of basement apartments (a few steps below ground level), two standard apartments on the first floor, two luxury apartments on the second floor, and two suites on the third floor.

The large apartment (70m2) has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two, and if needed, an extra bed for a child up to 4 years old can be added. This accommodation unit overlooks the courtyard.

The two standard apartments on the first floor that this property has consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The surface of the standard apartments is 30m2.

The two luxury apartments on the second floor consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two. These units have a sea view and their surface area is 30m2.

Mountain Suite (25m2) has a mountain view, as the name suggests, and consists of a double bed and a sofa for one person in the same room, accommodating a maximum of three people. Sea Suite (25m2) is equipped in the same way, only with a sea view.

In its rich offer, this accommodation also has a room (16m2) without a kitchen on the second floor. It consists of a double bed and can accommodate two people. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning, and it overlooks the mountain.

In the kitchens, it is recommended to prepare only light meals.

Only in the luxury part, there are mosquito nets on the windows. An extra bed for a person up to 15 years old can be added to one standard apartment on the first floor, but it is necessary to note that the space significantly reduces. An extra bed can also be added to the large apartment in the basement.

Towel change is done every other day, while bed linen change is done every third day. Cleaning of accommodation units is done daily.

The courtyard is truly large, ideal for children to play and run around, but also for socializing, barbecuing, and enjoyment. The barbecue is portable.

Private parking is provided for all guests.

The accommodation is very easy to reach, you need to go down to the center and turn left at the souvenir shop located on the corner. Continue straight until you see Rania Studios on the left and a sign for the accommodation of the same name.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
