Accommodation description

Rania Studios is an elegant establishment with a large courtyard for children to play, socialize, barbecue, and relax. The location of the villa is excellent considering that all amenities are just a few minutes walk away, and on the other hand, it offers conditions for a peaceful family vacation.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia just a hundred meters from the beach and about 400m from the strict center.

The house is divided into two parts, because, when viewed from the front, the right side of the building is elevated in relation to the rest of the building. In the central part of the building there is a high ground floor, first and second floors, while in the part of the building that is higher in relation to the rest of the building there is a basement, first, second and third floors.

Central part of the building:

On the high ground floor and on the first floor there are standard studios (28m2) which have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. One is on the ground floor, and two on the first floor. Additionally, on the first floor there are luxury studios with a sea view which are equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two people or a double bed and a sofa bed (No.5) - this studio can also accommodate an extra bed for children up to 15 years of age, with an additional charge if the children are older than 10 years of age. On the second floor there are two luxury apartments (30m2) and two more luxury studios (30m2), all with sea views. The luxury apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is either a sofa bed or a sofa bed. The luxury studios have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people in the same room.

The right part of the building, which is elevated and higher than the central building:

This part of the building consists of an apartment in the basement (a few steps below ground level), two standard apartments on the first floor, two luxury apartments on the second floor and two suites on the third floor.

The large semi-based apartment (70m2) has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. There is a sofa bed for two people in the living room, and if necessary, an extra bed for a child up to 4 years old can be added. This accommodation unit overlooks the courtyard.

Two standard apartments on the first floor consist of a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. An extra bed for a person up to 15 years old can be added to one of the apartments, but it should be noted that the space is significantly reduced. The area of the standard apartments is 30m2.

Two luxury apartments on the second floor consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. These accommodation units have a sea view and their area is 30m2.

Mountain suite (25m2) has a mountain view, as the name suggests, and consists of a double bed and an armchair for one person in the same room, so it can accommodate a maximum of three people. Sea suite (25m2) is equipped in the same way, only it has a sea view.

In its rich offer, this accommodation also has one room (16m2) without a kitchen on the third floor. It consists of a double bed and can accommodate two people. There is a refrigerator and air conditioning in the accommodation unit itself and this room overlooks the mountain.

It is recommended to prepare only light meals in the kitchens. Only in the luxury units are there mosquito nets on the windows.

Towels are changed every other day, while bed linen is changed every third day. The accommodation units are cleaned every day.

The courtyard is truly large, ideal for children to play and run around, but also for socializing, barbecuing, and enjoyment. The barbecue is portable.

Private parking is provided for all guests.

The accommodation is very easy to reach, you need to go down to the center and turn left at the souvenir shop located on the corner. Continue straight until you see Rania Studios on the left and a sign for the accommodation of the same name.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 15 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
