If you’re looking for a newly built accommodation near a beautiful sandy beach, Persefoni Rooms, Apartments & Mezonetes and Toroni is the ideal choice for you. The accommodation started operating in 2019 and offers a vacation in beautifully furnished studios, with friendly owners available for whatever you need. Due to its proximity to the beach, shops and other amenities Toroni has to offer, it’s a great choice for families with children.

The beach, the nearest tavern and supermarket are 170m away, and there is a small amusement park for children nearby.

There are seven studios (30m2) on the ground floor and four apartments (50m2) on two levels on the first floor. The studios are equipped with a double bed and bunk beds, while the apartments have a double and two single beds. In all units can be added a baby cot free of charge or an extra bed with an extra charge.

All accommodation units have an air condition, TV, internet, mosquito nets and an enclosed terrace (8m2) with table, chairs, parasol and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, hot plates and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, while the bathroom has an edged shower area with a curtain. Studios overlook the yard, while the apartments have partial sea view. Bed linen and towels are replaced halfway through the stay.

Private parking is provided for all guests. The reception is open from 7am till 2am.

Arriving from the direction of Nikiti, drive till you reach the tavern Afroditi, take a left and 140m later, you’ll see the sign for Persefoni Studios on the left.

The owners are kind, the beach is nearby, and there is a market and a restaurant close to the apartment. The WiFi internet is excellent. I would recommend Persefoni Rooms.

The accommodation is good, but for families with small children, it can be noisy, especially in the morning when the tankers pass by.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
