Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Christina House is located in a peaceful setting on the western coast of Sithonia. It is situated on the beachfront with direct access to the beautiful Aretes Beach, just 60 meters away. This beach is known for its golden sand and crystal-clear, turquoise waters. In the immediate vicinity of the property, there is only one tavern and a beach bar, offering guests a tranquil and relaxing vacation away from the crowds and noise of busier resorts. The nearest larger town, Toroni, is about 5 kilometers away.
Christina House is a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to six adults. The lower level, which is semi-basement, features three bedrooms and a bathroom, while the upper level, located on the raised ground floor, includes a living room, kitchen, and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds for two people.
A baby crib is available upon request and included in the price.
This accommodation is not air-conditioned but offers guests free WiFi, a fan, a hairdryer, a toilet, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stovetop with four burners and a large oven, a dishwasher, two large refrigerators with freezers, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The balcony features a seating area, providing an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
The well-maintained yard offers various amenities, including a barbecue area for gatherings, sun loungers for relaxation, and a seating area in the shade of the gazebo, which is part of the property.
