Amversa’s Rooms is located in a quiet location in the small fishing village of Skala Maries. Ideal for anyone looking for affordable studios with a fully equipped kitchen. Guests also have a shared kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea.
The house is located 130m from the nearest beach and the center with a shop, taverns and a pharmacy.
Five studios are available for online booking and are all located on the same, first floor. Four studios have two single beds each, while the fifth (studio number 5) has one double bed and sofa. This studio can accommodate up to three people, has a separate walk-in kitchen and a bathroom with no shower (tile only). From the other four studios, only studio 3 can accommodate a third extra bed. The studios have a bathroom, with or without a shower, and a kitchen located inside the room or on the terrace. The units have separate terraces, and only studios 1 and 2 have sea view from far.
The studios have a small area, between 10-14m2. Due to the number of beds, the space available in the four-bed studio is significantly reduced. There is also one shared kitchen located upstairs. It is equipped, has an oven and access to a terrace overlooking the sea.
All studios have Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen and a TV.
Cleaning and replacing of towels and linen are done every three days.
Parking place guests can find on the street in front of the house.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right 750m after the overpass. Drive down the street towards the city center and the beach, after 300m turn right and on the right corner you will see Amversa’s Rooms.
Amversa’s Rooms is a very modest accommodation, but it is also one of the cheapest in our offer. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful place which can be a base for touring the rest of the island.

To begin with, Skala Maries (Marion) is a charming little place that lacks a significant number of Serbian tourists. The village offers basic amenities: a bakery, a market, and a few quaint taverns... The nightlife is limited to drinks and perhaps dinner at one of the taverns by the beach in the center, but if you seek a livelier atmosphere, Potos is nearby. The location provides access to three beaches - one at the entrance to the village, one in the center, and one at the exit of the village towards Limenarija. Wild coves (from the village to Limenarija) are also close by. It serves as a good base for exploring the entire island. As for accommodation, we stayed in a double studio. The room is quite small, yet tidy. The bathroom is compact, separated by regular doors, and features a shower cabin - perfectly acceptable. From the room, through a door with a mosquito net, you step out onto a balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the hillside from the villa, and from the balcony, you can access a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, and basic utensils. Although the room was on the first floor, the side with the balcony is effectively ground level, and the balcony even has a small gate for outdoor access. Additionally, we utilized a shared balcony (visible in the first picture, lower level in the center) which is very nice and offers a lovely view. Bed linens and towels are changed every 3-4 days, and the hosts regularly clean the room. On the upper floor, a grandmother lives with her son, and daughter Sonja often comes to greet guests, check on needs, and tidy the accommodation. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, but communication can be a bit challenging as only the daughter speaks English. The accommodation is just a 4-5 minute walk from the beach in the village center. Overall, a positive rating and a delightful experience.

Thank you to everyone from Nikana; you are wonderful, and as far as we are concerned, we have no complaints. All praise goes to the owner, Sofirija, for cleanliness and dedication. We knew we were heading to a small studio, but we were surprised to find that the room has no window. In fact, during the adaptation, the balcony door became the kitchen door. From the kitchen, there are regular doors (frosted glass) leading to the terrace, and that is the only opening on the facade (forgive me, there is also a window in the bathroom). So, just one little window in the room, and everything would be fine. The accordion door in the bathroom did not impress us either. Perhaps the terrace could have some additional lighting, as it gets quite dark in the evening. Everything else is perfectly fine. There is a beautiful view from the shared terrace with a morning coffee. The location is excellent. We thank the kind hosts for the jar of phenomenal honey.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- For reservations for period from 01.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, for stays of 5 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
- For reservations for period from 16.06.2026 to 10.07.2026, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
- For reservations in 3 Bed Studio, for period from 01.07.2026 to 20.07.2026, there is a discounted price of 500 euros for 10 nights.
- For reservations in 2 Bed Studio (2+1), for period from 01.07.2026 to 20.07.2026, there is a discounted price of 450 euros for 10 nights.

Prices for the 4 Bed Studio are valid for the families with two younger children. If the children are older there is an extra charge.
