Amversa’s Rooms is located in a quiet location in the small fishing village of Skala Maries. Ideal for anyone looking for affordable studios with a fully equipped kitchen. Guests also have a shared kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea.

The house is located 130m from the nearest beach and the center with a shop, taverns and a pharmacy.

Five studios are available for online booking and are all located on the same, first floor. Four studios have two single beds each, while the fifth (studio number 5) has one double bed and sofa. This studio can accommodate up to three people, has a separate walk-in kitchen and a bathroom with no shower (tile only). From the other four studios, only studio 3 can accommodate a third extra bed. The studios have a bathroom, with or without a shower, and a kitchen located inside the room or on the terrace. The units have separate terraces, and only studios 1 and 2 have sea view from far.

The studios have a small area, between 10-14m2. Due to the number of beds, the space available in the four-bed studio is significantly reduced. There is also one shared kitchen located upstairs. It is equipped, has an oven and access to a terrace overlooking the sea.

All studios have Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen and a TV.

Cleaning and replacing of towels and linen are done every three days.

Parking place guests can find on the street in front of the house.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right 750m after the overpass. Drive down the street towards the city center and the beach, after 300m turn right and on the right corner you will see Amversa’s Rooms.

Amversa’s Rooms is a very modest accommodation, but it is also one of the cheapest in our offer. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful place which can be a base for touring the rest of the island.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
