Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

La Casa Blue Apartment is located in Toroni, on the western coast of the Sithonia Peninsula, 80m from the sandy beach with fine, golden sand. This accommodation represents an ideal place for families and friends who wish to enjoy the proximity of the sea and the peaceful surroundings.
Apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a kettle.
The balcony is furnished with a seating area and a barbecue, allowing guests to enjoy the view and prepare meals with family and friends simultaneously.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and at no extra cost.
There is no parking space provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
