La Casa Blue Apartment is located in Toroni, on the western coast of the Sithonia Peninsula, 80m from the sandy beach with fine, golden sand. This accommodation represents an ideal place for families and friends who wish to enjoy the proximity of the sea and the peaceful surroundings.
Apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a kettle.
The balcony is furnished with a seating area and a barbecue, allowing guests to enjoy the view and prepare meals with family and friends simultaneously.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and at no extra cost.
There is no parking space provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as a replacement set of linens and towels is not provided. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

We stayed at the La Casa Blue apartment in July. The apartment is situated in a prime location and is quite spacious; however, unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations considering the price of 1700 euros for 10 days. Right from the first day, we noticed that the washing machine was not functioning properly – using it caused flooding in the bathroom, as did showering, due to a malfunctioning drain. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and there was a noticeable dampness and mold in the apartment. Additionally, the Wi-Fi only worked for the first few days, after which we had to purchase a SIM card to access the internet. Following issues with the electricity, we refrained from using the oven as a precaution. The only appliance that worked as described was the dishwasher. The apartment certainly has potential, but it requires serious maintenance and investment to justify this price. Although we paid in advance, I believe that the accommodation does not merit the price requested, and that the description on the website is partially inaccurate.
