Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Maritsa Country Home offers you a peaceful holiday in a traditional style in the small town of Fterno, on Lefkada. Surrounded by greenery, away from crowds and noise, it is an ideal choice for all those who want to rest in a natural environment. The nearest beach is 9 km from the accommodation.
The one-story house, built on a slope, is designed for a maximum of six adults, and has a living room with a kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with an entrance from the outside. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have free Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a mini-stove with three rings and a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
