One of the most popular accommodations for PefkariSmaragda villa is located only few minutes walking from the Pefkari beach and just 10 minutes waking from Potos. It has nice and clean studios, nice garden with shadow and the barbecue-
Villa is 200m from the Pefkari city beach. Masoutis, big supermarket is on the main road of Pefkari, around 300 meters from the accommodation.
It is a new accommodation, nice and modern, with a total of 4 studios on the ground floor.
Two studios are quadruple. One has a double bed and bunk bed (for kids), while the other has a double bed and couch for two small children. They are located next to each other and they have around 18-20m2, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Two other studios are double and each of them has one double bed, kitchen and bathroom with a shower cabin. They have 14m2.
All the studios have direct access to the big veranda where everyone has their own sitting set for enjoying in the shaded yard.
Cleaning and change of towels and linen are done on the half of stay.
Parking is next to the accommodation.
When arriving from the direction of Prinos the villa is situated before the end of Pefkari, across the camp site. From direction of Potos, this villa is one of the closest, which is great, because it takes only a few minutes on foot to reach both sides.
Pefkari is a great starting point for sightseeing around the island. Villa is close to restaurants and taverns, very close to Pefkari beach and of course Potos where you can go for an evening walk or shopping.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Izuzetno čist, moderno uređen smeštaj sa lepom terasom i prostranim dvorištem kao i obezbeđenim parkingom. Vlasnici izuzetno ljubazni, nenametljivi i spremni da izađu u susret. Odličan smeštaj u blizini odlične plaže.

Власници су нас дочекали са највећим осмехом док су нам показивали наш смештај који је изгледао потпуно исто као на сликама. Мирисало је свеже и очишћено је беспрекорно. Када смо хтели да уплатимо остатак новца, посели су нас са папирном мапом и означили најбоље ресторане и плаже које треба посетити, а такође су нам рекли које плаже да избегавамо из разних разлога (лоши путеви, гужва, скупо). 15. августа је био имендан ћеркама власника па су свима у свом смештају поклониле најбољу чоколаду из локалне пекаре. Променили су постељину, пешкире и поново очистили место на половини нашег боравка. Препоручујем их свима од срца!

Mi smo prezadovoljani sveukupno.Domaćini ljubazni, gostoprimljivi,ne nametljivi,čistoća vrhunska,mesto i lokacija blizu plaže,lepa terasa.Ima lep parking ispod maslina.Svaka preporuka,ako ponovo budemo dolazili kod njih obavezno,pozdrav još jednom za domaćine.

Proveli smo 8 dana u vili Smaragda koja se nalazi u Pefkariju, na desetak minuta peške od centra Potosa. Zaista nemamo nijednu zamerku na smeštaj. Sve je funkcionisalo u skladu sa našim očekivanja. Istakao bih veoma ljubazan odnos vlasnice vile, gospođe Ioanne, koja je bila na raspolaganju za sve informacije koje su nas interesovale. Sam apartma nije velik, ali je savršeno čist, sa novim nameštajem, udobnim krevetom i ulaznom terasom koja je idealna za jutarnju kafu. Posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na svaka 4 dana, a klima je uključena u osnovnu cenu. Istakli bismo, na kraju, i vrlo pozitivno iskustvo koje smo imali sa agencijom Nikana u toku traženja i rezervisanja smeštaja. Sve je išlo glatko i bez stresa. Vrlo profesinalno.
