I would like to express my praise for the kind and accommodating hosts, Ioanna and Vassilisa. We chose this accommodation because it allowed us to easily retreat from our favorite beach under the blazing sun, enjoy a meal, and relax. The location is also advantageous as it is within walking distance to Masutis, and Potos is not far for a leisurely evening stroll.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation and the hosts. For every question we had, they were always ready to help. The accommodation looks just like the pictures – comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped more than necessary, and the yard is lovely for sitting, which allowed us to feel at home. In any case, if we were to go back to Thassos, we would choose this accommodation without hesitation, highly recommended! As for the location, Pefkari is, in our opinion, the best place. It has peace and soul, ideal for those who enjoy tranquil spots. Potos is only a 10-minute walk away, and every evening we could stroll without any issues. We also visited Limenarija, and we spent two nights in Limenas, but Pefkari has especially captured our hearts.

The owners are kind, accommodating, and, most importantly, unobtrusive. The accommodation is just as depicted in the pictures. It is clean and tidy. They changed our towels and bed linens every three days, during which time they also cleaned the apartment. Parking is available in the shaded courtyard. The location is peaceful, secluded, with no noise at night, yet only about a ten-minute leisurely walk from the center of Potos, where all the action takes place. Masuts is literally a two-minute walk away. For those driving, it takes about ten to fifteen minutes to reach the attractive beaches in this part of the island. The beach in Pefkari itself is pebbly, and the sea is crystal clear. For those planning to swim here, it is recommended to bring water shoes. We would definitely return to this accommodation.

An excellent choice. The courtyard in front of the accommodation, adorned with olive trees and shaded areas, includes parking. The Pefkari beach is just a short stroll away, approximately 100 meters to Masoutis, and about 300 meters to the center of Potos, which is a 5-minute leisurely walk. Everything is conveniently close, yet there is no crowd, ensuring peace and tranquility. The accommodation may not be large, but it is sufficiently spacious. It is exceptionally clean and furnished with new furniture. If you need anything (for the kitchen, the room, the best restaurants, beaches, etc.), feel free to ask. Among the best hosts I have encountered so far, Vasilis and Ioanna are available for anything you might need or not need. :)

An exceptionally clean and modern accommodation featuring a beautiful terrace and a spacious yard, along with secured parking. The owners are extremely kind, unobtrusive, and ready to assist. An excellent place to stay near a wonderful beach.

The owners greeted us with the broadest smiles while showing us our accommodation, which looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It smelled fresh and was impeccably clean. When we wanted to pay the remaining balance, they sent us off with a paper map and explained the best restaurants and beaches to visit, while also advising us on which beaches to avoid for various reasons (poor roads, crowds, high prices). On August 15th, it was the owner's daughter's birthday, and everyone in the accommodation treated us to the finest chocolate from the local bakery. They changed the linens, towels, and thoroughly cleaned the area of our cabin. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

The location is close to the beach, and the terrace is beautiful. There is convenient parking beneath the olive trees as well. We spent eight days at Villa Smaragda, located in Pefkari, just a ten-minute walk from the center of Potos. We truly have no complaints about the accommodation. Everything functioned in accordance with our expectations. I would particularly highlight the very kind demeanor of the villa’s owner, Mrs. Ioanna, who was available for all the information we were interested in. The apartment itself is not large, but it is perfectly clean, with new furniture, a comfortable bed, and an entrance terrace that is ideal for morning coffee. The bed linens and towels are changed every four days, and the air conditioning is included in the base price. Lastly, we would emphasize the very positive experience we had with the Nikana agency during our search and reservation of accommodation. Everything went smoothly and without stress. Very professional.

The accommodation matches the description but is slightly smaller, suitable for a stay of fewer people, ideally two. Anything beyond that may feel a bit cramped. Otherwise, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the beaches. In the evening, it is much quieter than Potos, with a market just 100 meters away and Potos starting at 300 meters. The local beach, Prfkariji, which is very good, is only 100 meters away.

Smaragdi studio is situated near Potos, on the eastern side of Pefkari. The studio apartment I stayed in is designed for two guests. Everything is exceptionally clean and modern. Each apartment opens onto a veranda and is furnished with its own table and chairs for relaxation. There is also seating available in the garden. The owners are a young couple, remarkably kind and accommodating. Hygiene standards are high, and there is always hot water available. The apartment is fully equipped. Although the villa is located on the main street, the sleep quality is excellent due to Pefkari being a small town. Just a hundred meters from the villa, there is a large store from the Maktuins chain. I highly recommend it.

An excellent accommodation at a remarkable price. The rooms are pleasant and clean, though they are a bit small for my taste. The terrace in front of the apartment is fantastic, the courtyard is lovely, parking is available in the yard, and the shade provides a nice respite. The beach is nearby. The hosts are wonderful and kind people. All in all, I highly recommend it. The only downside is the size of the apartment itself. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

The studio room no. 2 was clean, modernly furnished, yet small. The kitchen was modestly equipped. There were no utensils like mixers, ladles, or small spoons. Everything was in pairs and nothing more. I appreciated that the studio was furnished with new items, rather than the usual scenario where the landlord provides items they no longer use. Everything was harmonious and tastefully arranged. While we were guests at Smaragdna Villa, we were alone on the ground floor. If all four apartments were occupied, privacy would have been compromised. We were fortunate. The hosts were incredibly kind, and I have no complaints, but in the future, it would be important for me that the landlord does not live on the property they are renting out. The hosts were exceptionally kind. The guests who were also staying were pleasant and considerate. Smaragda Villa boasts a beautiful yard and accessible parking. It is located near Potos and a supermarket. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a vacation.

The accommodation is new, and the location is good. The room is small, and the bed is uncomfortable, at least in our room. The bathroom is excellent. The woman who is the hostess and maintains the apartments is very pleasant, but she does not speak English. We had a ground-floor apartment that features a large shared terrace where we spent most of our time while at the accommodation.

We have stayed in both better and worse accommodations, but we have never encountered such an accurate description; the lodging even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were exceptionally kind, and the rooms are cleaned every three days. The bathroom is phenomenal, there is always hot water, and the water pressure is excellent, which is rare for Greece. The terrace is splendid. The beach is nearby, although we are not particularly impressed with the local beach; it is better to go a bit further. Across the street, there is a construction site, so there is a bit of noise in the morning, but that should be finished soon. Overall, the accommodation is highly recommended.
