Hotel Description

Koukoudis Villa is located in the center of Potos, isolated from traffic noise, at about 10 minutes walking from the city beach. It offers modest but affordable studios and apartment.

It is 450 meters from the public beach and 350 meters from the crossroad.

Villa Koukoudis consists of three big apartments for five persons and two double studios. Five bed apartment is a suitable for family with three children, because there are two separated rooms - bedroom with two single beds, and living room with kitchen and two folding sofa beds. Two bed studio has two connected single beds.

All accommodation units have a kitchen, terrace, toilet, air conditioning and TV.

During their stay guests themselves take care of the hygiene, while the replacement of sheets and towels is done every five days.

There is no private parking. There is a public parking on the entrance to Potos and one on the crossroad.

Arriving from Prinos, turn left on the main crossroad towards Thelogos village. On the road to Theologos, after 50 meters turn left to the first street and after 150m you will see Koukoudis Villa. The only one bad thing can be the fact that villa doesn’t have its own parking, but big and free public parking is at the entrance to Potos.

If you want qiuet place and affordable accommodation, Koukoudis can be a good choice.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, 40% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 80% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 90% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
